Bump -- Same issue as Raven above. Mine worked fine for a majority of the day yesterday (2/7). Tried using it again on 2/7 around 10pm pacific and it could not log in. Log in issue remains the same today.

Living in 1995 again with this keyboard until this software is fixed.

same issue log in works on the site just fine, but the app itself is stuck on loading.

Good grief Razer!  Typed out a long reply hit post and worked as well as your software.  Nothing happened.

Ditto - same problem. Started yesterday Feb 8 2025

Razer software unable to log me back in. Wasted money on a Razer keyboard, mouse, headset.

Found a solution in a Reddit thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1ikos5p/razer_synapse_dont_work/

  1. Make sure Razer is not running in the background. Check Task Manager to confirm.
  2. Delete everything from AppData\Local\Razer\ (or move to another just in case).
  3. Start Razer and it will then allow you to login and will rebuild the deleted directories.

All my profiles and settings were saved and restored after this process.

Good luck!
