Chroma Addressable RGB Controller, how to connect more than one?

Hello, can I control more than one Chroma Addressable RGB Controller with the Synapse 3 software? The email support from Razor said yes, but my software only finds 1 of the 3 controllers ... Thank you

    I also have this issue. Synapse doesn't have the auto detect function anymore either. This leaves me with 4KUSD worth of kit and one out of 3 controllers doing the job. Feels a bit like a downgrade in software. If I unplug one it will take over the next one but will not run all 3. My cooling loop is dark, so are 4 of 10 fans, and the led strips around the perimeter are off as well. Please fix this.

    I previously asked Razer about this problem, and razer team's answer was: Synapse can only detect one if you connect two or more same product, it's not a bug, it's design to be working that way...
