So I just got finished taking my monitor off of its stand so I could mount it on the wall.



Once I was done and connected everything again I noticed that half of my bottom strip on my monitor doesn't light at all anymore.



Tried different ports on the controller, tried changing its config in Synapse, and even the green detection flash that makes the entire strips light up green wouldn't work for the dark half of my broken strip.



So it seems broken.



I went to the website to look them up and I can't see them anywhere.



What happened to them?
