Fortnite lighting not working

I am beyond lost trying to get my Fortnite to work with Chroma. The keyboard sometimes only goes white. Sometimes, it will turn the color of the profile I downloaded, but nothing is reacting when there are things happening in game. The profile seems to work in Windows, though. Synapse is so confusing with the different possibilities of options set for profiles. Do I enable the Fortnite app in Synapse or do I use the Chroma Visualizer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Synapse 3.9.229.22700

The same is happening to me and no fix. Did you possibly find a solution?

I’m having this issue it used to work, go purple in the storm etc , now it sort of just lights up and goes off flashes white, flashes half blue, goes dark, over and over. Did anyone find a fix? It’s only in fortnite, chroma works fine on other games

I opened a ticket with razer and they basically told me they are looking into it. And the fix may come out eventually lmfaoo

Nope they basically told me too bad that it is a very complicated issue
