How to link my peripherals with csgo?

and I don't know how to make lighting effects in game and that stuff

+1Create new configuration profile for cs go, change things, that you want.
Then in the profiles tab (Devices) - select your newly created profile, and on the right side you have linked games. Click on the "+" and select CS:GO from the list to bind it to the profile.
Each time when you'll run CS:GO the profile will be automatically switched.

+1MiddleBlueparkurban827It's only possible through external app like GameDog: https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/apps-gamedog Unfortunatelly CS:GO doesn't natively support Chroma.
