I bought the “Monster Illuminessence” “Arc+” and “2M Flow Strip” two years ago in addition to my Razor Kraken, Black Widow and Naga it all make my game setup awesome. However, since last ChromaStudio update in January “3.9.109.11015” the two Monster device just will not display all the color schemed (just basic RGBY). From Monster App on my phone all color tested OK for transition to cool effects.
Could there be something I did not know, on Monster Illuminessence side they claimed that their device and app are all working properly. Maybe it's really just some codes in Chroma that is not transmitted properly??
