My keyboard Not Showing on The Chroma Studio

so my razer blackwidow V2 does not show up at the chroma studio on my synapse 3 the only thing that show up is my razer mamba wireless 2018 edition i cant edit my keyboard now idk why please help with my problem thanks a lot this is what happening i cant find my keyboard layout anywhere please help me thanks (they detect my keyboard just fine btw)

Reinstall Synapse (or especially Chroma Studio module)

Same problem here, other modules like visualizer are working. But it won´t recognize my devices in Chroma Studio. I reinstalled the module Chroma Studio twice...not working. HELP

Any news on this? I have the same problem. I do remember it worked before, but now it won't appear in the Chroma Studio. And somehow it will only show the letter "P" lighted up.
