My Sleeping Keyboard

Some reason my Blackwidow v3 keyboard has an issue where every time it goes the computer goes into sleep mode and then wakes back up from it the lights on the keyboard do not activate. This only happens when the Synapse and/or Chroma is installed and I don’t even have to be using any application for this to happen. I tried restarting the computer but that didn’t work, uninstalling and then reinstalling the software but no dice there, I even tested this on a different computer only to have the same problem. It doesn’t happen when I power off the computer completely. The only temporary solution I came up with is plugging out the keyboard and then plugging it back in, but that’s not something I want to do long term. Strangely this doesn’t occur on my Basilisk v3 mouse or my newly acquired Goliathus Extended Chroma mouse mat. I assume there is a bug in the software that is causing this and I am requesting that it gets fixed.
