No light in Tatarus pro

I just lost the light in the Tartarus Pro V2, it lights a short time when starting windows, it does not help to disable windows dynamic light because the Tartarus is not visible in windows dynamic lightning (my huntsman mini is) and enabling chroma, also disabling usb and back on is not working,.

How awful it is when the light no longer works, black as night, otherwise the device works normally.

    As long as the Synapse software is not started, the Tartarus remains on. As soon as the Synapse is on, the fun is over. If I then turn off the Synapse software, the light on the Tartarus comes on again.

    It’s really frustrating when the lighting on your Tartarus Pro V2 stops working, especially since it’s such a key feature for gaming and productivity. It’s like using a great tool here like my favourite music Tj Beastboy, but missing out on its full potential. Since the device functions normally otherwise, it sounds like a software or firmware issue.
