No lights after reboot (eg: for Windows Update)

Hello,

I’m using Razer Synapse 4.0.86 and Razer Chroma 4.0.63. I have Deathadder V2, Firefly V2 and Ornata Chroma.

 

I have a strange (and annoying) behaviour, every time the system reboots automatically (for example to apply Windows Update patches, after a blue screen, ecc….) the Chroma lights on every Razer device are off before the login. After I login to the machine, the lights turn on after a while when the user profile starts loading.

 

This does not happen if I manually reboot the system, the lights are on even before the login.

Anyone else with the same issue ?

It seems something is not restored correctly before the user log in.

Windows 11 24H2 (or newer)? If yes, then disable Dynamic Lighting in windows Settings.

Windows 11 25H2 from this morning, but it was the same with 24H2 (the Windows Update arrived during night, and this morning I found the PC rebooted and again the devices without lights before logging in) and the Dynamic Lightning is disabled from the day I installed Synapse 4 and Chroma (as adviced during installation

 

 

This is really annoying… :(

No news, i'm quite sure it's some sort of bug saving the state of lights when an automatic reboot happens... But didn't find a way to prevent this

same issue here i was running windows 10 no issues… updated to windows 11 a few months ago and when i turn my pc on the lights are all on keyboard and mouse and headset however once i log in and synapse loads my profile all the lights shut off …. dynamic light is already set to off still nothing ive tried to reinstall synapse  still didnt work.. any updates? razer needs to read this
