Overwatch Chroma Lights not working

Hi, whenever I open overwatch my chroma lights should change but it doesn't. Is there something wrong? I haven't changed any settings.

Check the setting "Chroma apps" on razer synapse. I would guess that setting is turned off. Chroma apps is the thingy which interacts with games that support chroma lighting.

Hi there. Chroma apps was turned off, so I turned it on but that didn't change anything.
