Question for anyone who has Philips Hue light strips

When connected to Razer Chroma, do they have exactly the same RGB customization that comes standard with Razer Chroma products? I have a specific light theme that I really like, which is a "wave" that fades from green to blue to purple and moves down my keyboard. I attached a screenshot of my Chroma to get a better idea of what I mean. Whats very important to me is that the colors are actually moving down the light strip and not just fading uniformly. Is that possible using Phillips Hue? Thank you!
