Hello, I have a razer chroma Addressable RGB controller along with few other chrome devices and I can’t seem to get the Addressable RGB controller to display the effects I tell it to do. Ive tried moving it to a different usb port but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It displays in synapse just fine and I can see it in chroma studio but every effect I try to send it, it refuses to light up. other chroma devices will respond to the effects I tell them to display. Any ideas?

If I Use Synapse 3 everything is fine as soon as i go to 4 or Beta „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ stops working correct.
I can force „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ to work on Synapse 4/Beta by toggle „Chroma APPS“ off and on, but this works only for static Colors and when the Color changes i have to Repeat the Toggle...
Usb type should not matter if Synapse is working properly. There is a version where this all works and I was using USB 2.0. I have been fighting this device to get proper Synapse 4 support all year (2025). From not syncing with other devices to not lighting on boot. I have two of these and have been switching them between PCs. Synapse 4 is the issue.
