Razer Chroma integration not working correctly

I was able to link Vivaldi to Synapse, and I'm quite sure it should work since the keyboard and mouse changed color. But I'm stuck at WHITE. No matter what website I go, color is stuck at white. Anybody encountered this and has a fix? Please help!

    Edit the active theme in settings via Editor, then enable Accent from Page, and optionally Accent on Window.

    Recently updated to Synapse 2.21 and now Overwatch integration no longer works? I have Chroma apps enabled. Is this happening for anyone else?
