Razer synapse does not automatically apply rgb effects to razer huntsman v2 tkl

I have had this problem for a while, and it hasn't been bugging me at all until started changing the effect from spectrum cycling to toner ones like starlight and wave, and the only way for it to work is by opening the app, which wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long and a lot of system resources
