Reactive layer effect needs to be changed/revised, here are my ideas.

So this all the options for the Reactive effect, but it is missing a secondary color, y'know, the color that the reaction fades into after being pressed, and the duration timer is broken. [1] For example, I could have this over a white layer, so I don't want COLOR to fade to a black before immediately changing back to white. Also, the Duration slider could use a re-work. The waveform does not sync with the actual time, and it is only 3 options. I would change it to a digital value that can be changed to however many seconds, limited to the tenth decimal place.
