RGB problem on leviathan v2

I also encountered the same problem

Unfortunately, I am facing the same problem with my Leviathan V2. After updating Razer Synapse 3 to version 3.9.630.62714, the Chroma Visualizer stopped working properly. The RGB settings in Razer Synapse do not sync with my Leviathan V2, and the device remains in the default Spectrum Cycle lighting mode.

It's frustrating that an update has caused this problem, and it seems I'm not the only one affected. I think Razer support should take it upon themselves to report this bug on the Leviathan V2 and work on a fix as soon as possible.

I hope Razer will take note of this problem and provide an update to fix it soon. @Razer Admin 

I have the same problem and would like to know when the solution is posted.

i also just noticed this problem. The visualizer is working with my keyboard, Blackwidow TE and even Goliathus but not my Leviathan V2. 

I had the same issue so I switched to the synapse beta and it worked for a few days. This morning it went right back to the original issue. When I open visualizer the RGB turns off entirely now.

Hi i have the same problem, my razer keyboard is working fine but my Razer Leviathan V2 is not syncing. 

Has anyone found a fix to this mine is also not responding to Razer chroma at all and no picture in synapse but the sound works fine

After the Leviathan V2 not even showing up on my PC for a month, I let it sit off power and unplugged from comp overnight.  Got sound back, shows in the latest Synapse Beta (albeit with a broken photo), but will not accept new lighting scenarios from Synapse or Windows Dynamic Lighting (now turned back off BTW).

I’ll keep checking back in hopes someone comes across a fix and shares.

PS - DID do firmware upgrade to latest a couple months ago.

 

Yeah i update to razer synapse 4 it just show a broken picture and i can't customise it.
