Hi,
My microphone is working fine but the RGB suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps already but to no avail. It just happened yesterday.
Troubleshooting Steps done:
1.) Unplug and re-plug cable.
2.) Uninstall and Re-install Razer Synapse/Chroma.
3.) Uninstall and Re-install Seiren V3 Chroma Driver from Device Manager.
4.) Turn on my PC with only the Seiren V3 Chroma plugged in.
5.) Try all USB ports including a docking station on my PC.
6.) Run my device with Razer Synapse/Chroma disabled.
I don’t have an extra computer/laptop to try my device. Is anyone experiencing this as well?
