black screen after 2 seconds

When I enable HDR, I experience a black screen after 2 seconds. During the first 2 seconds, the UI is normal. However, when I disable HDR, Cortex works correctly. I have not found any posts related to this issue, and I am unsure if I am the only one experiencing this behavior.

    This is a known issue that some users encountered before. After investigation, the black screen issue was resolved when users disable HDR. Please make sure the HDR was disabled when you use Razer Cortex PC.
