Diablo Immortal Regional Availability

Updated: 2 weeks ago Article ID: 310785

Some regions have product or publishing restrictions that prohibit access to Diablo Immortal. This includes Belgium and the Netherlands, and mobile availability in Vietnam. Players in these regions may be unable to install the game, or may not be able to connect to official servers. Diablo Immortal also may be unavailable to install in your region for other business or legal reasons, such as official government sanction or embargo.

There are also some other regions where Diablo Immortal has simply not yet launched. This includes Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. These regions will go live soon; please check the official site for more information around this release.

Good job, mates!
But I have noticed that the Epic Games Store, Xbox and BattleNet are missing from the Razer Cortex / Launcher / Platforms tab, Connected Platforms section and man can not connect them there and list all the owned games on these platforms.
It is interesting, that they are present in all 3 of the Managed Platforms section, but man can not connect them.
I remember that, earlier versions were able to scan and find (but not connect) the Epic Games Store games, like Fortntie, but now it can't be scanned, just manually added. In this case all its info (like Developer), media (Icon, Cover Art, Background) and link are missing or very outdated.
After Epic Games acquired Fall Guys, it messed up really hard with Razer Cortex.
It can not be added from Epic Games, not even manually, it just can be installed from Steam.
I do not know, that is a common issue with games, that man owns on multiple platforms, because I faced it just now with Fall Guys, but it need to be fixed.
I hope, with the following updates, you will fix all or some of these issues.
Keep up the good job!
Regards,
cserpete
Hey @cserpete ,

Thank you so much for sharing the valuable feedback with us on this thread. I'm Michelle from Razer Cortex PC. Feel free to let me know if you have any comments or bugs you encounter when you use Razer Cortex PC.

I sort out all the details you mentioned above here, please let me know if something is missing:
1. Epic Store, XBOX, and Battlenet are not supported in Razer Cortex.
We have planned to add them in the future. Thank you for your patience.

2. Cannot connect the currently supported platforms successfully.
Could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us via PM to further investigate this issue?

3. In the earlier version, Fortnite can be scanned. But in the current version, it cannot. Even if you added it manually, the information such as Developer, cover art, media icon, background, etc is missing.
We can investigate it via your logs.

4. After Epic Games acquired Fall Guys, it messed up with Razer Cortex. It can not be added from Epic Games, not even manually, it just can be installed from Steam.
We will reproduce this issue on our side.

We look forward to your reply.

We are grateful that you have given us these details regarding our product.

Thank you!

Then you should explain why adobe background services can't be restored. They closed due to error(It says that the processes - or the programs - were not able to run.) If game booster is scam, this error can't be happened.
Latest update still isn't allowing you to view adult only games from Steam? I mean, are you gate keeping or is this a bug? I've already alerted Razer to the issue, but they don't seem to think it's a problem.

Hey there!

Did you mean that you enable the feature “Automatically update Razer software”, but Razer Cortex did not update automatically?

If yes, could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs?

Thank you!

Hey there!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. This is not the experience that we would like you to have.

Our engineering team is investigating this issue. Before we figure out a resolution, could you follow the below steps to troubleshoot on your side:

  • First, stop 'Razer Game Manager Service 3' in Task Manager.

    • Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
    • Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Stop it.

  • Second, delete the file folder: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid.
  • Third, start the ‘Razer Game Manager Service’ in Task Manager.
  • Finally, launch the game with Razer Cortex running in the background. The game will be added to Razer Cortex automatically.

I also checked your case 220612-000923 via our support system. For some reason, it seemed that we did not get a further response from you, and this case is not escalated to me.

But don't worry. Our engineering team is investigating this issue now. We will update you as soon as possible when we receive a reply.

We appreciate your patience and are grateful for your reminder.

Thank you!

Michelle
I followed the steps laid out and it didn't make a difference. I also replied to the email.

Hey there!

We received your feedback from our system. Thank you for your reply.

One thing I still need to confirm with you. Do mature-rated games have the launch issue even if they have been installed on your PC, or do other non-mature-rated games also have such issues?

Michelle
I must not completely understand the question. If the game wasn't installed on my PC, I wouldn't expect Cortex to launch the game. The games I'm speaking of are all installed. It's only the Adult Only games that won't launch and instead say "Install", but they are installed. In fact, I recently disconnected from Steam via Cortex, to see if that would do anything, but now the mature games aren't even listed any longer. Since this worked before Cortex 10, it almost seems as though the new version is filtering those games out.
