Cortex taking ages to load my games

is anyone else having issues with Cortex loading their games? it was working fine last night when i used it, shut my PC down as normal and when i started it up today Cortex is just not loading my games. i've restarted my PC, rebooted my router, i even uninstalled cortex and reinstalled it but nothing, that majority of my games sit in Steam or Orign, i have tried to manually add them but keeps telling my that it failed. any help would be great. thanks

    I downloaded the demo version of Redout today, and it didn't add automatically. I added it manually, but when I try to play it, it launches and goes into full screen for a second, then closes
