Today I added a game to the cortex that I had never played before and the cortex said that I have 720 hours of game time, as well as saying that I played the previous days and I added the game today. How do I remove playtime from this game?

If you connect your Steam, GOG, Origin, and Ubisoft Connect with Razer Cortex, the gameplay time will be synced with Razer Cortex. Even if it was the first time that you added this game to Razer Cortex, the gameplay data will be displayed in Razer Cortex if you have played this game before adding it to Razer Cortex.
If it is not your case, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM so we can further investigate this issue.
