Where do I report problems with Corex now?

They're not charging me SILVERS for "play to earn" again. The Finals game, it worked for a few days, I collected SILVERS, then it broke. Deleting the game didn't help, resetting Razer Game Manager Service 3 didn't help either. Recently there was also a problem with WOT, no one helped me then.

But have the same issue, not receiving any points on all featured games this week.


Another game that also doesn't work. The Last Stand Aftermath from EPIC Games. I even reinstalled Cortex and it didn't help. I don't know where to look for the cause.

There used to be an administrator on the forum, Michelle, but I don't think she works here anymore.


I also can’t seem to get Cortex to work. Anyone have any ideas?


Today, strangely enough, it worked. Something got fixed and I collected points for the game. But the program didn't work properly for the whole week. I reported the problem to support, but communication with them is very difficult. There's no way to send logs, AI chat doesn't work as I would like it to.


Yup same for me (working), send them logs etc, but mentioned it’s razer server side problem - not local cortex problem.


Support is a disaster. I somehow managed to send a report about incorrect CORTEX operation. 05-Oct-2024. The discussion is still ongoing and they keep asking for new information and more detailed explanations.
