Razer Cortex not picking up hours
I'm taking part in this season's squad rewards, and the system isn't picking up my hours. I've played well over four hours of Genshin Impact every day of the season so far, though I only have 5 hours and 54 minutes. I don't know how to fix this, as I keep launching the game from Razer Cortex itself and tried playing different games, but it still doesn't pick up hours, or it picks it up really late and only counts a few minutes. It's frustrating me as it's the first time I've participated, and I cant even do anything for my team.

I am having this same issue. I have played Genshin impact for probably 5 hours and it is showing I haven't played at all. It is also showing that the last time I played was 2021-06-11 when i just played today 2021-06-22.
