Razer Cortex Won't Open

Hi all,

When I use the desktop shortcut on Windows 10, nothing happens for a little, then a razer error message pops up. I have tried redownloading it, but this did not work. Any ideas as to why?

To analyze the cause of this issue, we need your help getting some logs for investigation.



Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from here, then fill out the Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on your desktop with all logs needed.



Please upload the logs to services like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste the link here in the forum.

Thank you for your help. However, if I open Razer Installer and click repair, I found that the problem goes away.
What "razer error message" pops up? Do you have screenshot of it?

Don't even bother. After installing and running Cortex, I'm actually getting 10-20 fewer FPS than without Cortex...
