Hi, I have a problem, when I start a game from Cortex it doesn't count the time

  • Is the game you played a supported game in Squad Rewards? You can check it here by clicking on the "SUPPORTED GAMES" button on the campaign page.

  • If the game is a supported game, please check the Gameplay Time Troubleshooting page to check whether you can fix it on your side.

  • If the issue persists, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM.
