Has anyone else experienced this issue?

When you have auto boost on and launch Warframe you can log in but as soon as you hit enter to do so it closes the game, but if you restart the pc turn auto boost of and run the game you can login just fine. Haven't been able to narrow which option it is that boost is disabling that stops the game from working though.
