"We were unable to locate your serial number in the system"

So i bought recently the Razer Barracuda headset and wanted to register it, the problem seems that razer cant locate my serial number, ive tried to watch several videos and change the letters ( 0-O and I-1) which didnt help.

You can locate the serial number on the headset itself. Please click here for the illustration. You can also find it on the box that came with your headset. It consists of 15 alphanumeric digits. Feel free to send me a PM if you need further assistance.
