I did bought the razor gold but turn out can not even you it for the game i wanted to use it on even though that game said to use this web so what I got is worthless since cant even use it no point in using it if i cant recharge on the game that i wanted to so im seeing if can be refunded i only top up once ever and none has been used for anything.

Are the products here a one time purchase? It doesnt clarify that it’s a subscription but in Kaspersky’s website they only offer subscription-based service. also yes i wanna buy an antivirus through razer gold ntm on me

I am new to razor coins. I have some silver coin and I am trying to redeem a mouse pad($55, 63 including tax. No shipping cost since I'm in Canada). When I get to the payment section, it is asking me to choose between PayPal/credit card information. Can I fully pay for an item using silver coin only? Or silver coin is like a discount voucher only?Am I doing this correct? If not, what is the correct way to get the mouse pad by spending my silver coin?

I paid 2 amount of razer gold with PayPal to have 35€ for a game, I was waiting few hours to see if this would change, but the status won't change, it stays on pending.The only way I saw on the forums for the other people to get it resolve is to post the exact same problem on this forum.

SO i recently purchase the razer kraken v4 pro, but however i  have noticed that the volume is so quiet? and not only that i find the surround really unoptical, like left and right audios aren’t there even in thx mode. Games like counter-strike, and call of duty were i require to hear footsteps are so slight and dimmed and for me to actualy hear it i need to go to maxium volume!!???. For example im turning the volume nob all the way to 70-100% on windows just to hear things clearly and fully. I fiddle with equalizers and enchahments but this just hasn’t been working does anyone know an idea or a solution? because if this how they are im going to be really unsatsified…..
