I’ve bought a game “God of War” 4 days ago. Money were deducted, but transaction still “pending”. I’ve created a ticket in support with number 231202-003460.Now I tried to buy this game again, but result is the same: money have deducted once more and transaction pending.

I mistakenly deleted my authenticator app without removing 2FA from my razer gold account.I have no backup codes, email etc and its been a year since I used my razer gold account last time.I totally even forgot I had 2fa on my account.The strange is that when I login back to my account and redeemed some razer gold codes yesterday, 2fa was required on neither of these account activities and now I can't make a payment because of this.

I noticed that the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz has been recently added to the Razer Silver Catalog (the black one has been there for a while, the pink one was recently added), so I decided to aim for it since I had something I needed to load Razer Gold for and my Razer Silver was expiring. I was probably only about halfway to the amount needed (200,000), and after putting in what I needed, I still needed to load up probably around an extra 60k worth, so I just poured everything into Razer Gold (needless to say, skipped Black Friday shopping as well) so that I could redeem Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz (which I’m aware is pretty silly since that’s putting in an extra 10x compared to just buying it).However, when I finally reach the amount needed and tried to redeem it, it keeps linking me to the checkout cart without giving me a voucher code or anything sort. Hello I bought a $500 Razergold gift card The pin fell off when I scratched it What do I need to do to get my money back or another card

I’ve both gold pins worth $230 now and they have been sending an error message, instead of the actual codes and continue deducting my card.  razer, all you had to do was fix your goddamn backend and all these won’t be necessary.I’ve tried contacting your support but you guys never respond.
