So whenever i try to redeem Razer product with Silver, it adds the item to the cart and asks me to pay for the product! like i want Razer Charging Pad Chroma, when i try to redeem it it shows me that i have to pay 59.99$ ! Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

Is there any way I can check if a Razer gold code was used that was not purchased by me?

I recently bought LoL RP from Razer Gold. The wallet region is PH. There is no other indicators that the code Razer will give will be from any other region. When I now tried to put the code into the LoL Client, region being PH2, it doesn't accept the code, saying that it is not for this region. Anyone encountered this? And anyone would like to assist me with this? It's been several days since I submitted a ticket and pretty sure I will not be getting any response soon.

I have tried contacting Razer support but have been unsuccessful.  Razer gold pin voucher cannot be accessed however it says it has been redeemed.  Can someone tell me how I can check this again, but can’t find the correct way to confirm it again?????????????????

Can I use Razer gold to buy hardware such as Hammerhead True Wireless or Seiren BT?I was told by Razer Via Facebook Messenger that I could but when I put them in my cart and try to purchase, there is no option to use Razer Gold as Payment.Here is what Razer said via Facebook Messenger:Yes, Razer gold gift cards are digital assets that serve as credit for owners to buy games, videos, gaming hardware, and other content on Razer. I bought 2 razer code cards one for $100 and the other for $ 270 when I gently scratched the cover all numbers were there except the last two on both cards. I've submitted a ticket to get last two numbers for the cards but it's been 3 days no reply so I called support today and he give me a case number and said I'll get a call back in 3 to 4 hours and no call back yet and this was 6 hours ago. Can anyone tell me how I can get this solved quickly?

I can’t proceed with my purchase since I haven’t received any OTP via SMS. I was able to receive an OTP via SMS for reloading my Razer Gold account, yet in purchasing I don’t. Now, a hCaptcha window would always appear and still no OTP. Also, I can’t access my backup codes because a hCaptcha window will appear as well.
