I can't redeem gaming gear with razer silver.

I can't redeem my Razer store rewards with Razer silver. Previously I was able to redeem my Razer store rewards normally. So I intend to save my Razer silver to redeem my Razer seiren v2 pro again, and today is the day. I collected the full amount of Silver. But I can't press redeem. (But it shows a message according to the picture I attached) I got banned not from exchanging products from the Razer store, right? Or is it just a bug from the system?

I noticed that the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz has been recently added to the Razer Silver Catalog (the black one has been there for a while, the pink one was recently added), so I decided to aim for it since I had something I needed to load Razer Gold for and my Razer Silver was expiring. I was probably only about halfway to the amount needed (200,000), and after putting in what I needed, I still needed to load up probably around an extra 60k worth, so I just poured everything into Razer Gold (needless to say, skipped Black Friday shopping as well) so that I could redeem Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz (which I’m aware is pretty silly since that’s putting in an extra 10x compared to just buying it).However, when I finally reach the amount needed and tried to redeem it, it keeps linking me to the checkout cart without giving me a voucher code or anything sort.
