Title says it all, my bank card has been charged 2 hours ago and yet my transaction is still stuck on pending and the support ticket page seems to be stuck on loading forever. Require assistance from a razer staff or customer service, thanks.

So as the Title says, I bought some Razer Gold via PayPal and the transaction is stuck on Pending. It was already suspected something was wrong, when after 1hr the transaction was still on the infamous “pending” state. Of course the money has been taken from my PayPal account…I have already written a Ticket but no Answers yet…Kinda sucks since I wanted to use the Gold for the WarThunder Promo which ends tomorrow. Hope they manage to fix it until then but I am not holding my Hopes up… *UPDATE* PayPal cancelled the payment/authorization, that was the error

How can I reload razer gold in Myanmar?

I have completed my payment of purchase of 50€ valorant points through upi in razer gold and silver and i have also received a confirmation mail but on the website its still showing as pending. Plz help me with this it's not a small amount. Money has been deducted from my bank account. I am attaching some payment proofs.

So as title says. Loading thru PayNow is having a Problem. After scanning the QR code and paying, the p[age stays there until timer runs out. 2 of my top-up which already got deducted still PENDING @Razer.Zionzedd  Need your help with these. Have your people check why this shit is happening.

2 Days ago I ordered Razer Gold Pins and I still haven't received any, I also can't reserve the Transaction and it won't go through due to no Reason. Alright so basically I bought a Razer edge and it said that it would transfer about 10,000 silver into my Razer account (forgot the exact number) and it said it would take two weeks.
