PayNow TopUp Problem! Two TopUp Still Pending

So as title says. Loading thru PayNow is having a Problem. After scanning the QR code and paying, the p[age stays there until timer runs out. 2 of my top-up which already got deducted still PENDING

 

@Razer.Zionzedd  Need your help with these. Have your people check why this shit is happening.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Razer kept saying that “we regret to inform you that we did not capture the payment from our side. We highly suggest you contact your local bank/ payment provider for further assistance in regard to the amount deducted from your account.” Despite me showing them the transaction that went through. Despite the payment receipts, they still repeat the same thing and close my ticket.

Check this problem! its been weeks already and your PayNow method is BROKEN!!!

I am facing this issue as well. Paid $54 thru PAYNOW but did not receive any razer gold. Chat support is not helping as I already had a ticket up. Ticket replies once every 3-4 days asking for more information which I already provided.  Are we getting scammed or what? 

Same thing happened, paynow 25th June $60 bank deduct but razer keeps stonewalling. Chat support is about as helpful as the rocks on the roadside. Just close the ticket insisting the money isn’t received. Money go lalaland is it. Take holiday to Europe.

@technoSlateBluevision414 same man, money just poof! They dont even take a look on their process. If i got time i might go to their Singapore HQ which is a walking distance to my office.

Please don’t stop chasing for your money as this might be Razer’s plan all along to scam users of their money. This platform have got the worst customer service I have seen in my life and I cannot believe how long we have to go through “support tickets” just to demand what we already PAID for.

Please don’t stop chasing for your money as this might be Razer’s plan all along to scam users of their money. This platform have got the worst customer service I have seen in my life and I cannot believe how long we have to go through “support tickets” just to demand what we already PAID for. 

Have u gotten urs back? I think its the middleman issue… You see that page when redirecting to merchant?
I know because my job was to test those transfers. The sad thing is, Razer does not give a f*ck to check with that middleman...

Razer have attempted to close off the ticket, claiming they did not receive the money. 

But I called the bank and guess what? They have confirmed the monies are with Razer and the payment was successful. 

Bank have also provided me transaction IDs on the payments which I have given Razer ticket support to “check” again. Getting really tired of dealing with Razer’s BS. 🤡

I'm facing the exact same thing. Called bank and confirmed paynow transaction successful (no brainer, can see from ibanking), but the reply from support was payment not captured and they closed the ticket.

Called the bank on Tuesday and managed to stop Razer from closing ticket. Today is Friday and still no reply 🤣
