Purchased 25$ worth of razer gold with crypto, transaction is still pending 24h later


I received an email saying that the payment was succesful and approved but I didn't receive any razer gold, when I go to "my transactions" it says "pending". This is so annoying please help or refund my money!

The "submit ticket" page won't even load, I have tried to submit a ticket for the past 3 days but the page won't even load, this is so annoying, I feel like I'm being scammed.

I think your browser settings might have blocked certain forms in the website as the page is accessible.
Kindly try to clear cache/cookies of your browser or use another browser/device to access it.

It is definitely not my browser. I have tried with chrome, opera, Firefox, and both my phone and my iPad and the page won't load.

There is a Chat button on bottom right of https://gold.razer.com/my/en/help as well.
If it's not showing for you, either your ISP or browser is blocking it from showing.
You may try using any other alternative DNS to see if the problem persists.


If still doesn't work, email directly to [email]gold-support@razer.com[/email] regarding your issue.

Happened to me too 3 days have passed it's still pending and sent 4 Tickets and still no reply or anything.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your transaction. It's definitely frustrating when something like this happens. Have you tried reaching out to Razer's customer service team to get assistance? If you haven't, I'd recommend that you do. They should be able to provide you with more information about your transaction and hopefully help to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can also check back on "My Transactions" periodically to see if the status has changed. One of my friends is working with an ecn trading method. He told me that through their platform, they could help you to find the hash of your transaction and to refund the money back to you. It would be best if you gave it a try. Good luck!

Have you received the money or not? I am also facing the same problem after depositing 37$ and not getting any razer gold. About 2 days ago

I have the fucking same problem, has benn 2 days since I made the payment with crypto and none razer gold has arrived yo my account. And customer support doesn't even reply

I have the same problem and the customer support isn't helpful at all:

After checking with the relevant team, we regret to inform you that the transactions were not successful. Kindly reach out to the bank/ payment provider for further assistance as they are in a better position to handle this issue,
"

I don't know how to contact the bank/payment provider.

Man, I know I would be frustrated.  When I’m frustrated, I either go have a coffee and a smoke or, well, adult things ;).  Hopefully a coffee and/or a smoke will help!  Good luck!
