This is due to Razor doing illegal practices. I am betting you purchased the Resident Evil 7 Gold & Resident Evil Village Gold pack. They revoked everyone’s keys without warning or explanation. It is looking like false advertising which the FTC would love to look into and fraud since they have taken something legally purchased.

Anyone else have this issue, and know of a solution? I purchased a game on the Razer Gold store this morning and used crypto as my payment option. Not long after payment, I received an email that payment was received and that order was completed successfully.
However hours later my order progress is still stuck on “Pending...” and I’ve received no key. How do I receive my game key?

I did a reload for 400 USD and never received my gold either. It said there was a problem but the etherscan ID shows completed successfully while my reload says “pending” submitted a ticket but haven’t heard anything in two days. Not a word back from razer or their payment method no emails or response on my support ticket. Really frustrating.
Hey Medium, did you pay in crypto and did you ever get your refund or product? I had the same issue and I gave them proof that I paid and proof that I never got a refund on the blockchain and they keep trying to close my ticket without paying me or giving me my gold. I’m starting to thing somebody on the support team is pocketing the crypto for themselves. I’m curious to know if anyone else in this thread having the same issue have received their refunds or product as well.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if you still haven’t gotten your money I’d suggest EVERYONE in this thread that has had the same issue do the same. This hits them where it actually matters and only takes like two minutes.
If enough of us come out and show what’s happening somebody will fix the issue and figure out what is going on. The Better Business Bureau has a ton of pull as well, so if enough people file complaints about having the same issue, the bureau will launch a more detailed investigation and the higher ups in the company will have to take notice. It’s been 42 days since my purchase date and I haven’t received a refund or the Gold I ordered.
