To add 2 step authentication to my razer id is not being enabled.
As i am trying to add it shows code has been sent to your email id but i am unable to get that code so i cannot add 2 step authentication.
Please if anyone know the solution of this problem then give me some information.
It will be more helpful to me

Did you try setting it from here,
https://razerid.razer.com/account

And did you update your mobile number and email address there?

After which you need to go to Security > 2 step authentication
click on drop down select phone there and then set authenticates like Google authenticator or authy.

Yes i tried from the razer id. It is saying to write the code sent to my email but i am not receiving any email.
I am confused

I want to update my mobile number but so i am trying it out. so

Unknown error or server exceptions message is been alerted.

Did you try "choose another method" and see?

Have you atleast set an authenticator app? The reason why it has "choose another method" is to help out sort issue by trying other code/otp's with.

You will need to check the "email" and "backup email" are the same or different as well.

I am worried if my Razer id is being hacked I guess. How can it be possible to recover my account and My silver too.
estou com o mesmo problema. vinculei minha id razer ao facebook e o email que apareceu não reconheço. tentei acessa-lo mas sem sucesso. tentei contato com a razer mas nao tenho resposta via email a semanas... tenho mt gold na conta mas nao consigo utilizar devido a esse codigo de verificação. nao consigo adicionar nem modificar nenhuma informação na configuração, porque tudo pede esse codigo. estou desesperada!

Just an FYI, if you are able to login to Razer ID then go to your profile and check the Email addresses mentioned there already.
If its showing your email addresses already and you are not getting the emails in the inbox, check your spam/junk folders.

If you see the email addresses seen in the Razer id settings are different then change your passwords immediately and report to Razer customer support.
