If you are willing to give any promotion on VISA reload, that is great and we all love it!
But can you please fix the VISA payment system first, I've been suffering the same problem basically every day/ I love to spend with razer gold, but all the time when I trying to reload more in one day. It is never successful, it feels really painful after you are used to using razer gold. Before there was a live chat that can help you with that problem, but now it is gone(replaced with a robot that can not understand your questions). the time you submit a ticket takes longer than the problem itself, this thing has been there since the first day I've been using Razer Gold. I hope this issue could get resolved, or bring the real-time live chat back. Usually, I can just go buy Razer Gold PIN, but now it's during the event!
And I had to face it every day, I hope we could get better service on Razer Gold reloading.
