Dear Razer Gold and Silver Team,
If you are willing to give any promotion on VISA reload, that is great and we all love it!
But can you please fix the VISA payment system first, I've been suffering the same problem basically every day/ I love to spend with razer gold, but all the time when I trying to reload more in one day. It is never successful, it feels really painful after you are used to using razer gold. Before there was a live chat that can help you with that problem, but now it is gone(replaced with a robot that can not understand your questions). the time you submit a ticket takes longer than the problem itself, this thing has been there since the first day I've been using Razer Gold. I hope this issue could get resolved, or bring the real-time live chat back. Usually, I can just go buy Razer Gold PIN, but now it's during the event!
And I had to face it every day, I hope we could get better service on Razer Gold reloading.

I understand your issue on this reload problem for Razer Gold.
It's caused by the suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected by the bank merchant system since there are some users that tried to abuse the system due to Razer Gold widely being used as payment in over thousand of games and entertainment content.

You will have to contact your bank for them to whitelist Razer Gold for your future payment to avoid it being declined.

Hello, thanks for responding to my issue. I just call my bank and my bank said they are not blocking any transactions, all the payments went through. And I have confirmed with my bank multiply times, they don't have such a thing as a whitelist or anything. Because they are not blocking anything, the banks said there's nothing wrong or suspicious about my activity. I think the only issue will be on the Razer Gold website, I've tried my best.
