What should I do when I can't receive my purchase code?

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Razer BlackShark V2 X, bei dem der 7.1 Surround-Sound-Aktivierungscode, der Code ist nicht mit vorhanden. Bitte um Hilfe!  diese Produkt habe ich bei Amazon bestellt und der Verkäufer ist NBB notebookbilliger. 

Toda vez que peço para mandar um código para meu número da autenticação em duas etapas, diz que teve muitas solicitações e dá erro.

Hi I have a razer blade 15 advanced 2019 RZ09-03018N02. It has started booting a lot of times before starting windows and the clock is often wrong. I suspect the CMOS battery needs to be changed. When I try to contact razer it says its out of warrenty, which is a bit meh, as I bought it from new only two years ago at a pretty high price. Does anyone know which kind of battery that goes into it? I guess it should be easy to change it? Best regards

Hello Today my razer Blackshark v2 pro startet doing weird things i normally bootet up my pc and the headset just wont switch to THX its the sama damp/metallic sounding audio even if i try to switch from stereo to thx nothing happens, the sound setting dont work aswell i can switch to everything but nothing happens please help me.

My DeathStalker V2 Pro (Model Number RZ03-0436) is spamming “*-789+*-789+*-789+” over and over again immediately after being plugged in or after a computer restart. The only way I found to make it stop is to press fn+f10 (Gaming Mode), which immediately stops it. It does not start spamming inputs again when Gaming Mode is turned back off.After turning on Gaming Mode, it works perfectly except for the number pad. Number lock and “/” work, but not “*”, “-”, or any of the numbers.Switching to 2.4 wireless sometimes works, but sometimes will spam “*-7*-7*-7*-7” or refuse any input, with no discernible pattern.Switching back to OFF/wired connection causes it to start spamming “*-789+*-789+*-789+” again.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard in device manager, reinstalled razer synapse, and ran the firmware update checker, which shows all firmware as current. Hello! I have blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed. Suddenly my fn shortcut keys stopped working, They work fine when im using wireless mode, but when i plug wire in nothing. Tried reinstalling drivers, synapse, i even made new account because i tought maybe i had some macro issues.

Hi everyone,I'm having two issues with my Razer setup and hoping someone here can help:1. Persistent firmware update notification:Whenever I pair my Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro Low Profile TKL and my DeathAdder V3 Pro together using the multi-device pairing feature (both devices on one HyperSpeed dongle), a firmware update notification keeps popping up and won't go away.2. W key randomly stops registering while gaming:In this setup, the W key (held down) also randomly stops responding while gaming and the input just cuts out. It happens irregularly and without any obvious trigger.Important detail: Both issues ONLY happen with multi-device pairing. As soon as I connect each device through its own USB dongle instead, the notification disappears and everything works fine.My setup:- Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro Low Profile TKL- Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 ProHas anyone else run into this with multi-device pairing? Is there a fix, or is this a known bug?Thanks in advance!

Im trying to make my extra button on my Cobra mouse an auto clicker with 20 cps when held down, i used to have it but changed it to a macro and now i want it back to the auto clicker, but cant find the button to enable turbo mode, ive looked at tutorials and my box to check for turbo mode just wont show up, what do i do? 

Hey team, I just got the new Razer Thunderbolt 5 Mercury dock so I could have 3 monitors. However, the 3rd monitor isn’t working.Tested: 1. When I unplug 1 monitor the one not working starts, then re-plugging the monitor that monitor doesn’t start.2. Lowered the resolution size down3. Changed the refresh rate4. Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the microphone on my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. Compared to my other headsets, the microphone volume is extremely low. When testing it through the Windows microphone settings, speaking at a normal volume only reaches around 6–8%.I have also tried the beta version of Razer Synapse, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue.I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution to this issue. I try everything and still cant find the solution, watched videos on YouTube, reinstaling drivers,firmwares and etc.and nothing. If somebody find the solution will be perfect. 

Hello,I have a critical issue that proves a software bug in the latest firmware. I previously returned my Razer BlackShark headset under warranty because the microphone suddenly became extremely quiet after an update. Today, I received a brand new replacement headset from the warranty service. Before updating the firmware, the new headset's microphone was working perfectly fine and loud. However, as soon as I updated both the headset and the USB dongle to the latest firmware v1.3.3, the exact same issue returned: the microphone became extremely quiet again. The audio output (headphones sound) is completely fine and correct. The problem is strictly with the microphone volume drop after v1.3.3 on an AMD Ryzen system. My Windows microphone levels are at 100%, but friends still can barely hear me.  Thank you! 

Hi,I I've had the RAZER UNIVERSAL QUICK CHARGING STAND for over a year now. Unfortunately, just today my battery that was included in the package died. I searched all over the internet for a compatible one, but I couldn't find one. Is there a place to buy replacement batteries?  Thank you!

When using Razer Axon any wallpaper and accompanying RGB effects the effects only work when no other apps are open (Chrome, Discord, Steam etc.) when I open any other app the RGB lighting becomes static. When I disable Axon in the Chroma app under Chroma Apps it does not change the lighting at all even when I have other lighting settings selected in Chroma.  I have tried restarting all razer apps and I have the Dynamic Lighting windows setting turned off. Any help would be very appreciated!

Title says it the dongle for my Blackshark V3 just decided to stop working today. The headset works fine when the headset is plugged in, but when I try to use the dongle instead it won’t work. The LED doesn’t even turn on. I’ve tried swapping ports front and back, changing computers, resetting computer, reconnecting with the dongle with firmware, everything I can think of. I’m looking for replacement dongles not seeing them. help me out plz.

Hi everyone,I recently got a Razer BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed and I'm having an issue with the battery charging.The keyboard works perfectly both in Wired and Wireless mode, and Razer Synapse detects it correctly. However, the battery percentage barely increases while charging.I have already tried:USB-A to USB-C directly connected to the PC USB-C to USB-C Different USB-C cables Different USB ports Wired mode while charging Wireless mode while charging Keeping Razer Synapse openThe keyboard was around 24–26% battery and, after being connected for quite a while, the percentage either stayed the same or increased extremely slowly. For example, it went from 24% to 25% after approximately 30 minutes.The keyboard works normally through the same cable in Wired mode, so the USB connection itself seems to be working.Is this charging speed normal for the BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed? Has anyone else experienced the battery percentage getting stuck or updating very slowly in Synap

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. If it does not, repeat the steps until it does, it takes me usually around 10 attempts until it starts working again with some outliers.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased the Razer Chroma Soma Chair. I’m enjoying it so far, i just have one issue. i’m trying to have it set where i’m using Ambient Awareness & Screen Sync, but I also have Chroma Apps on so when I play games specifically made for the chairs rgb like Battlefield 6, Fortnite and Marvel Rivals the rgb doesn’t act accordingly. When I play BF6 it sorta works but when I play games like Fortnite and Rivals only the Ambient Awareness works. To anyone else who has the Chroma Soma can you perhaps help me and let me know if i’m doing something wrong? How can i have Ambient Awareness on and also have it set where when i play compatible games the rgb acts as it was advertised. Thanks in advance...
