Hello,I have a critical issue that proves a software bug in the latest firmware. I previously returned my Razer BlackShark headset under warranty because the microphone suddenly became extremely quiet after an update. Today, I received a brand new replacement headset from the warranty service. Before updating the firmware, the new headset's microphone was working perfectly fine and loud. However, as soon as I updated both the headset and the USB dongle to the latest firmware v1.3.3, the exact same issue returned: the microphone became extremely quiet again. The audio output (headphones sound) is completely fine and correct. The problem is strictly with the microphone volume drop after v1.3.3 on an AMD Ryzen system. My Windows microphone levels are at 100%, but friends still can barely hear me.  Thank you! 

Hi,I I've had the RAZER UNIVERSAL QUICK CHARGING STAND for over a year now. Unfortunately, just today my battery that was included in the package died. I searched all over the internet for a compatible one, but I couldn't find one. Is there a place to buy replacement batteries?  Thank you!

When using Razer Axon any wallpaper and accompanying RGB effects the effects only work when no other apps are open (Chrome, Discord, Steam etc.) when I open any other app the RGB lighting becomes static. When I disable Axon in the Chroma app under Chroma Apps it does not change the lighting at all even when I have other lighting settings selected in Chroma.  I have tried restarting all razer apps and I have the Dynamic Lighting windows setting turned off. Any help would be very appreciated!

Title says it the dongle for my Blackshark V3 just decided to stop working today. The headset works fine when the headset is plugged in, but when I try to use the dongle instead it won’t work. The LED doesn’t even turn on. I’ve tried swapping ports front and back, changing computers, resetting computer, reconnecting with the dongle with firmware, everything I can think of. I’m looking for replacement dongles not seeing them. help me out plz.

Hi everyone,I recently got a Razer BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed and I'm having an issue with the battery charging.The keyboard works perfectly both in Wired and Wireless mode, and Razer Synapse detects it correctly. However, the battery percentage barely increases while charging.I have already tried:USB-A to USB-C directly connected to the PC USB-C to USB-C Different USB-C cables Different USB ports Wired mode while charging Wireless mode while charging Keeping Razer Synapse openThe keyboard was around 24–26% battery and, after being connected for quite a while, the percentage either stayed the same or increased extremely slowly. For example, it went from 24% to 25% after approximately 30 minutes.The keyboard works normally through the same cable in Wired mode, so the USB connection itself seems to be working.Is this charging speed normal for the BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed? Has anyone else experienced the battery percentage getting stuck or updating very slowly in Synap

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. If it does not, repeat the steps until it does, it takes me usually around 10 attempts until it starts working again with some outliers.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased the Razer Chroma Soma Chair. I’m enjoying it so far, i just have one issue. i’m trying to have it set where i’m using Ambient Awareness & Screen Sync, but I also have Chroma Apps on so when I play games specifically made for the chairs rgb like Battlefield 6, Fortnite and Marvel Rivals the rgb doesn’t act accordingly. When I play BF6 it sorta works but when I play games like Fortnite and Rivals only the Ambient Awareness works. To anyone else who has the Chroma Soma can you perhaps help me and let me know if i’m doing something wrong? How can i have Ambient Awareness on and also have it set where when i play compatible games the rgb acts as it was advertised. Thanks in advance...

Hi, for a few days now my Razor Viper Ultimate keeps disconnecting, more and more frecuently, in wireless mode (it works perfectly with wired mode). I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, updating the firmware, changing to another port, different PC and even tried using the mouse without the software and the problem remains. Is it a dongle issue? Did the software update causes my dongle to malfunction? Is there any problem with the 2.4 GHz connectivity? Thanks in advance!

I noticed  that supercell games were removed from razer gold and why i was wondering why and if they will be back.

I just bought my Huntsman V3 Pro, and I love this keyboard 🐈 (although the only bad thing is the sound is a little bit loud 🔊). After using it for a few hours, I noticed a serious problem quickly. No matter what is the value for the actuation point, the reset point will always be 0mm. The reset point is supposed to have the same or near value of the actuation point, activate when pressed through it and deactivate when lifted through the same place. For example, if I set the actuation point to 1.8mm, no matter how deep I pressed the key, 2mm or 4mm, I need to release the key to 0mm instead of 1.8mm in order to reset it (⚪white bar). Even a 0.1mm little pressure (🟢green bar) from finger touching the key will cause the key not responding to the next keypress because it is still not yet reset (⚪white bar). Fortunately, the Rapid Trigger function does help to solve this problem a little bit, temporarily. hello, Kaira hyperspeed headset doongle can be selected 'usb' and 'xbox' mode.When in xbox mode on my PC headset is detected as xbox controller audio, when in USB mode nothing ?I have owned 3 of these now and numerous suport tickets with the same exact issue! Any suggestions please? The instructions indicate headset should show up in USB mode as karia hyperspeed headset, but even through hear connection notification noise when i plug dongle in there is nothing anywhere on the computer??? product code one headsets was RZ04-04480100-R3M1

I have a Razer Book 13, and last week, my battery swelled.I've been trying to find a Razer Care Center to purchase a new battery (not a third-party one), but it seems to be an impossible task. How can I find the locations of Razer Care Centers?I live in munich (germany). I tried a third party battery but after replacing the battery is not recognized and not charged by the laptop. I have tried with BIOS update and CMOS reset but not success. Hello I have just bought a Razer Deathadder v2 Pro and i am trying to install the razer synapse driver and it is not letting me install it always getting server access unavailableWhat I have tried:Restarting PC  Restarting router Getting the razer preisntalled from other person and trying to start it disabling FW and anti virus running as administratorWindows 11  

I have had this mouse for about 5 months now, b the dongle wont turn on most of the time.The mouse is fully charged. but it wont find the dongle and light up. tried different usb ports, different cables, but didnt work.tried to reboot pc, didnt work then i tried to plug the mouse instead of dongle, then mouse worked, but when i unplugged the mouse and plugged in the dongle, it didn't light up.. after several attempts at plugging in and plugging out the dongle was finally found..  and the mouse works again..is there a way to prevent this from happening?This occurs with Synapse open or closed. 

I have a Razer Nari Ultimate (RZ04-02670 / RC30-026701) and I cannot get the 2.4 GHz wireless connection working.Windows detects the wireless USB dongle as Avnera AV6301 (VID_170D&PID_0100).The Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility v1.01.00 detects my headset as Headset Version 106, but the Dongle Version is blank. When I click UPDATE, it immediately fails at 0% with:“Wireless USB transceiver firmware update failed.”I also tried the Nari Dongle Recovery Tool v1.02.00, but it says “No action required.”Razer Nari - Game and Razer Nari - Chat never appear in Windows Sound.I have already tried different USB ports, including a rear motherboard USB port, restarted Windows, and temporarily disabled antivirus Auto-Protect as a test. The result was the same.Is there another way to repair/reflash the Nari Ultimate dongle or restore it from Avnera AV6301 back to the proper Razer Nari device?

I am currently talking to a manufacturer about creating a heat sink for the blade 18 rz09-0484 and similar. My fusion 360 skills are pretty weak and it would take me more time than I can give to model a heat sink. I have had my razer deathadder v2 special edition for a while now, probably 3-4 years and I love it. I decided to update the firmware to the most recent version around the same time that i updated from razer synapse 3 to 4, maybe a week ago. Over the years the mouse had been working completely fine but now, every so often, it will freeze in place for 0.5-2 seconds. After the freeze, it seems to do all of the movement made with the mouse at once. The majority of the time its when im playing games but i have seen it happen just browsing.Im not sure whether it was updating from synapse 3-4 or if it was the firmware update that has caused this. I am wondering if theres any safe firmware rollbacks/if this is a known issue with the deathadder v2 special edition. Any information/advice would help. Some information:I’m also having another issue with synapse 4 where I cant click windows icons if synapse is open. I have to close synapse to use my laptop properly. I have tried deleting and reinst

The code to activate 7.1 surround sound was not included in the product packaging.

Often receiving “stuttering” audio on sounds always consistently being reproducible on the same sounds. If I increase the overall volume of the headset to a certain level than it seems to stop it stuttering.  EQ would seem the obvious thing here but I’m using a completely flat EQ.Connection Issues would seem like the next obvious thing but I’ve tried using a wired connection as well as Bluetooth and 2.4 wireless. I’m also not connecting the wired connection through any USB hubs and its always consistently on the same sounds.Ive made sure there are no windows enhancements and I’ve also tried on different devices including phone(android),PC(windows) and a laptop(windows).Ive also made sure to update the firmware to version 1.3. I’m also testing with the Microphone muted. lastly I am not using the surround sound feature and I’m using Razer synapse 4.0.86.  Test audio can be found below where the first 10 seconds creates alot of audio stuttering. Seems to only occur when volume of headset
