I’m having this issue where on my huntsman mini v3 pro after inactivity it sits on the fast rainbow color changing rgb but then goes back to the green ripple, which also doesn’t register any keys in game, and I also can’t use synapse because I’m on ps5, and all the methods like esc-caps lock-space bar doesn’t reset anything but a year ago the method did work which confuses me because around 2 months in I had this issue and fixed it with esc caps lock and space bar but now it doesn’t work. I’m starting to think that buying this keyboard was pointless and a waste of money because the methods that work for every other keyboard aren’t compatible with this one

My one-year-old white Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL keyboard appears to be stuck in what I suspect is a demo mode. This issue appears after starting PC post a power outage, and also occurs when starting my computer from a complete shutdown. I have tested this on two separate desktop PCs with the same result.Immediately out of the box, the keyboard is recognized by Razer Synapse 4/3. I can change the lighting effects, switch profiles, and the volume scroll wheel functions perfectly. However, none of the keys register any input.I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps to no avail: * Connecting to Multiple PCs: The issue persists across two different computers. * Software Reset: I have tried resetting the keyboard through both Synapse 4 and by installing and using Synapse 3. * Firmware Update: The keyboard is already on the latest firmware version (v1.04.00_r1), so an update was not possible. * Demo Mode Exit Combination: I have tried the standard method of holding down "E

I suddenly started facing this issue. I tried fix posted on the razer thread. But on booting using the pendrive it take me to a blue recovery screen.

WHEN I PRESS THE MUTE BUTTON ON THE HEADPHONES, THE MICROPHONE LEVEL DROPS TO 0, AND WHEN I TRY TO UNMUTE IT, THE VOLUME STAYS STUCK AT 0!!! YOU HAD FIXED THIS ISSUE, BUT YOU’VE BROKEN IT AGAIN WITH A NEW UPDATE!!! AND WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND YOU STILL HAVEN’T FIXED IT!!!

I bought a new razer black shark v2 x from Malaysia, it came with a card with a QR code and not any activation code. When I tried to register the product online, it says the product is already registered? But I haven't registered the product before, and I don't have any activation code. Help please! 

One of the arms of my Razer Enki X chair has broken,  It is out of warranty by 6 months, but I’d like to consider buying a replacement arm.  Cannot get past the “out of warranty” message on the Razer official support page.  Need help.  Thank you.

Hey All ,I have a Huntsman v2 pro and I want to change the Keycaps to low profile as the standard ones on there are a little high for my liking.  Do Razer make a low profile keycap or is there a 3rd party option that fit ? Or would I have to change out the whole mechanisms ? Sorry I’m new to all this customisation stuff 

I live in a studio apartment and I work/game with a gaming laptop. I have the dongle connected directly to the laptop. When I first started using the headset in January of this year, I could go to the bathroom and it wouldn't disconnect. Now, I can’t even go into my kitchen behind my desk without it sometimes disconnecting. It’ll do it randomly too when I’m just sitting at my desk. I am not sure what could be causing it and I have tried when I’ve seen on Google to fix it but maybe there is something more I could do to fix it?

Yes, I’ve seen the previous post regarding this issue. I’m sad that I don’t see what the F buttons at the top do, and I do see that there is no lights.And yes, I’ve turned off dynamic lighting. The mouse I have is working, but not the keyboard lights.

I would like to know if there’s a way i could buy a new face place for my razer kitsune. that is all thank you.

My Viper V3 Pro SE is slow charging. After 3 hours its only at 85%. Then when I unplug the USB the percentage goes down to 83% fast. I already tried the steps Razer Support says to do if this happens and still nothing change. Plz help.

I’ve had my Razer Nommo V2 Pro Nommo set since 2023 and have enjoyed it since purchase. Recently, as of yesterday, my subwoofer no longer turns on! I don’t have an extra power cable for the subwoofer laying around and can not test if the cable has died as of this moment. I’ve tried direct power to the wall sockets in my room, to my UPS unit(where it has been plugged in since 2023.) It does not turn on no matter what I do!I’ve looked at the other support threads here, and on the Razer subreddit. Was wondering if anyone else has had recent issues with the subwoofer not turning on and if a replacement cable/extra cable has fixed it?  List of things I’ve tried: Tried different power sockets. Uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 non-beta. Reinstalled it. Tried installing Razer Synapse 3 and the Razer Synapse 4 Beta. Nothing. Went back to Synapse 4.  Tried to follow the order of operations for reconnecting the set from start to finish multiple times.  Power cycled 4 times waiting 15 minutes following

Hey all, Just today I received a Basilisk V3, opened it about 15 minutes ago and noticed that normal scrolling on the scroll wheel does not work. Pressing the mouse scroll in, switching to smooth scroll and side scrolling all works but normal scrolling doesn’t - smooth scrolling or not. I have tried:Plugging into a different USB port Closing down Synapse and trying to scroll Updating the mouse firmware Resetting the device via SynapseAll to no effect. My old mouse, a Basilisk V2, scrolls just fine no problem. Any known issues/help? Or am I just returning it? Cheers.

Hello,My Razer Nommo V2 Pro speaker system is defective. The subwoofer powers on, blinks, and connects successfully, but both desktop speakers remain completely dead. There is no Chroma RGB light and no sound from the speakers at all. It seems like the speakers are not getting any power.I have also tried connecting the system to another computer, but it still does not work. I already replaced the batteries in the Control Pod, reconnected the proprietary speaker cable tightly, and power cycled the system. Nothing helped.The website states my serial number is not in the database.Model: Razer Nommo V2 Pro Thank you.

After recent software update mouse is unusable!It is absolutely shocking.Power setting / sleep time is resetting itself to 0 all the time! Changing it doesn’t matter, as it will be back to 0 after few minutes.Connecting mouse via usb cable to PC used to help to be able to change the settings, but now even mouse connected via usb cable disconnects every 0 seconds!!What is happening and when will this be repaired!

Hi, I own a Razer Enki gaming chair in the UK. I need to purchase genuine replacement left and right 4D armrest assemblies. after alot of experimention, clean installs, i found the weirdest fix ever 1.Add your games/apps to steam library as unsupported (you can hide them from your steam librarylater if you want) 2. Go back to razer synapse and click scan for games Games/apps should appear in the softwarez theyll have the correct file locations just no icons, you can add icons if you want

 I recently performed a clean installation of Windows on my Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 (Model: RZ09-0369) after changing the ssd. Unfortunately, after the reinstall, the factory-calibrated color profile (icm/icc file) was deleted, and Razer Synapse is not automatically restoring it.Could anyone please provide me with the original factory color profile specifically calibrated for my laptop's display?display : BOE0804 1920 x 1080 144Hz

Title. I’ve had this headset for about a year now maybe, no real problems with it. Recently, the 7.1 surround sound app just auto-closes itself when I try to open it, thus rendering 7.1 sound inoperable. I have tried…Rebooting my headset.Rebooting my PC.Reinstalling the app.Nothing helps. What’s going on?
