Often receiving “stuttering” audio on sounds always consistently being reproducible on the same sounds. If I increase the overall volume of the headset to a certain level than it seems to stop it stuttering.  EQ would seem the obvious thing here but I’m using a completely flat EQ.Connection Issues would seem like the next obvious thing but I’ve tried using a wired connection as well as Bluetooth and 2.4 wireless. I’m also not connecting the wired connection through any USB hubs and its always consistently on the same sounds.Ive made sure there are no windows enhancements and I’ve also tried on different devices including phone(android),PC(windows) and a laptop(windows).Ive also made sure to update the firmware to version 1.3. I’m also testing with the Microphone muted. lastly I am not using the surround sound feature and I’m using Razer synapse 4.0.86.  Test audio can be found below where the first 10 seconds creates alot of audio stuttering. Hello Razer Support Team,I am experiencing a critical issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed (Model: RZ04-0496) while trying to use it on my PlayStation 5, and I need your assistance.The Problem:A few days ago, my friends in the party chat told me that I suddenly sounded like a "robot" through the microphone. Immediately after that, the connection cut out completely. Now, whenever I plug the USB HyperSpeed dongle into my PS5, the dongle lights up and the headset connects for just a few seconds, but then the connection drops completely. It disconnects automatically every single time after a brief moment.Important Details & Constraints:No PC access: I currently do not have access to a Windows PC or laptop, so I cannot use the Razer Pairing Utility or the Firmware Updater to re-pair the dongle or flash the headset. Mobile App: I tried troubleshooting via the Razer Audio Mobile App on my phone, but this specific headset model is not supported/cannot be selected in the app. Cable

Recently my Chroma & Synapse software auto-updated and it broke my SimHub connection. I tried restarting my PC, restarting the applications and services, unplugging the USB dongle and switching the port used, all to no avail. The new software version is: SYNAPSE FOR WINDOWS - V4.0. I noticed the back end of my laptop bulging. Sounds like a typical battery issue. I just need a replacement. I dont wanna put a third party battery in it.

I bought this back in 2022, but haven't used my PC much. Started using my PC again lately and have downloaded Synapse 4, ever since then my ARGB controller is showing no sign of life. Has anyone had this problem, and can it be repaired? Or can i buy a replacement. This product seems like a lot of money for such little time i have used it and now it has failed after using a new system. Never had any issues with previous version of Synapse

i want to tweak my mic eq but i now have only 3 options, and none of them suit for what i need to do. I can’t make custom eq, too, there’s just 3 preset buttons. How do i access it? As far as i know custom EQ was available in synapse 3. Razer Kraken Kitty v3 pro quartz edition.When i was choosing headset, tests showed good mic quality out of the box where in fact i got an expensive headset with garbage microphone quality and no way to tweak it 

I’ve recently bought the Kraken Kitty V3 Pro and I’ve been trying to find settings for my mic but every time I do I see something completely different. The settings there I can not change myself and need to choose one of the 3 settings that are already there. Is there a way to change it or which one do I choose as my mic sounds like dogshit right now.  

So apparently my dongle and the adapter is broken, and since i cant find any replacement available in my local marketplace, im asking where i can find any replacement for my dongle and adapter (usb c female to usb a). Such a good headset, it will be a waste if i cant find any replacement.(I bought it in november 2024, so i think the 2 years warranty still apply, but im more than willing to pay if necesary lol) 

I read a lot of people are having trouble with the scroll wheel when using the basilisk v3 and even other Razer mice. I experienced both the  “jittering scroll wheel” and “stuck in tactile (or freespin) mode” issues but luckily  I was able to fix both completely. At first I checked if it was a software issue, reinstalled everything (only issue i have is in the device manager i checked the “remove driver” button and now i lost it completely, it isn’t reinstalling...) however the basilisk was still working fine, and in the software now reinstalled and updated, I saw that the button was actually triggering the switch between free and tactile mode. So it wasn’t a software issue. I screwed open my basilisk v3, and gently rotated the switching mechanism  (the two gears next to the scrolling wheel) with a screwdriver. there was a tiny piece of dust in there, that was blocking some tooth of one of the gears. I took it out with a needle, and cleaned the mechanism a bit more with compressed air.

Hello, I am in desperate need of help. My audio is completely gone, doesn’t show up in device manager, services, or settings, its like it was completely wiped from my computers drive. This is the second time this has happened and I cant afford to send it off for troubleshooting because I am in a middle of a class and need audio in order to take my online tests. I am going to have to use my brothers microphone for now, but for some reason even though I am connecting audio to my computer through pairing it wont let me use them when i go into my test. I have tried as much as I know how and even used AI to try and help me. Is there an audio file or something that I can just download? 

I have two Razer accounts and one of them has the username/nickname that I use on pretty much anything online gaming related, but I would like to use the other account as it's linked to the preferred email adress. Can I merge these two accounts or something so I can get the username on the account linked to my main email adress? Or will the username be available if I delete the account so I can change it on my main account?

My Razer laptop Blade (RZ09-0423  2022) is overheating immediately upon start up. It is out of warranty. I cleaned and changed the thermal paste using PTM 7950. The laptop is clean. The fans work. It is used in a cool dry space. My best diagnostic is that the vapor chamber is broken. So many questions Is Razer vapor chamber breaks as common as I read in chats?This is still a good laptop otherwise hardly used memory. Is this a Razer problem? Is this recall worthy?How long should a vapor chamber last?I have kept the fans clean. What causes a vapor chamber to break?This appears common for these computers.The fix costs as much as a new computer. What do I do? Is there any support?

Hey everyone :)Just picked up the new Huntsman V3 HE a few days ago and I’m having a huge issue with dropped inputs, especially in Geometry Dash.Whenever I hold a key down (happens on Spacebar, Up Arrow, letter keys—literally every key on the board), it randomly drops the hold for a split second. It’s worst during fast transitions like size-change portals on Wave mode. I’ll be holding the key flat to the bottom, and the wave just drops straight into the floor like I released it. It also happens on other games, Is there any fix i tried everything from changing the values to using the onboard controls and close synapse but no luck This is my first time posting, any help would be appreciated. 

Hello, I recently bought a second hand viper v2 pro, where the seller said it was a new mouse, and when I tested it on my pc, the battery on synapse won’t go up more than 0%. Is there any possible fixes to this problem? Thank you.

 Razer BlackShark V3 Pro – Random Audio Cut (Chat Endpoint Investigation)Issue Description Audio randomly cuts out during gameplay (mostly CS2). The headset remains powered on. There is no disconnect/reconnect sound. Windows does not show the device as disconnected. I must power cycle the headset to restore sound. Gameplay recording still captures both game and Discord audio even when I cannot hear anything from the headset. Key Observations When audio cuts out: Windows still shows the device as active. No USB disconnect event occurs. No RF disconnect sound is heard. Recorded clips still contain full game + Discord audio. ➜ This confirms the PC audio stream is still active. The issue appears more frequently when using: BlackShark V3 Pro – Chat endpoint for Discord. When switching Discord output to: BlackShark V3 Pro – Game The audio becomes: Noticeably louder More stable No random cut so far When disabling and re-enabling: THX

Hey. I’ve been trying to buy new things from razer, until i found this site called razercz.cz (this is the site), and to be honest, I was stunned. Before this, I only expected that the only site that has Razer products is Razer (obviously). But suprisingly there’s an unofficial site for Razer in the Czech republic too. At first I wasn’t really weirded out about anything that the site contained, until I saw the prices. From what I’ve seen on the website, a lot of the products have a discount for over FIFTY percent, which is absolutely insane. Things that would normally cost over 300+ dollars, now costed about 120. and of course the stupidest thing that immediately threw me off… the absolutely unholy size of the stock of every single item. Most things on the website would have around 700 to 800 pieces available, sometimes it would have more or less, but nothing ever (I think) goes under 500 pieces available.
