S/N :632304H20728565 I just got a Razer Orochi V2 and I wanted to register it.For whatever reason it does not recognize the serial number. I tought maybe I wrote it wrong so I scanned the bar code with the phone and copy pasted the serial nuber but still no luck. How can I solve this?

Since then, whenever I enter the details, the site claims they are already registered—even though they never appeared in the "Devices" tab and still aren't there. My Razer Edge Wifi has been doing this for a while now. When I boot the device, it flashes the boot image, with the Razer logo, for a little bit then immediately just shuts down again. If i hold the power button, It continuously flashes the boot image, once every few seconds. I can access the boot menu but not recovery mods, and nothing has been working, including using ADB to try and factory reset it. Is there any way to completely wipe the Edge or something?BTW I HAVE TRIED ALL THE BASIC METHODS LIKE HARD RESETTING I AM NOT A TECH NOOB.

At first the laptop razer model 15 (2020) base version didn’t have any wifi or options for wifi, so I went into recovery mode and it got fixed, when I left it on for a little bit came back I opened up discord then i opened up minecraft and my laptop shut down, it turns on to the screen indicating what buttons to press for recover, BIOS, etc. but then shuts down, or it will turn on say it’s preparing for automatic repairs then shuts down, i’ve gotten it to BIOS but then it shuts down right after. I have already tried force restarting the laptop and it hasn’t worked, I don’t know what happened. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!

My pc hasn’t been able to detect the wireless dongle on my Deathadder V3 Pro recently. I have done the usual checks, trying different USB ports and reinstalling several things and updating firmware and nothing has worked so far.only works in wired mode

My Razer Wolverine V1 TE controller, that i have had for a while, has started double clicking or inputting when pressing the bumpers.I have looked online, but couldn’t find anything actually helpful.I really don’t want to buy a new one, as i quite like this controller, i have thought about remapping my M1 and M2 buttons, but it would be really nice if i could just fix the bumpers directly.Thank you for reading, hope you can help.

Event 1808 reports the 2023 Secure Boot CA/keys were updated, but Windows still reports UEFICA2023Status = InProgress and the Windows UEFI CA 2023 is not detected in the active UEFI db. Please provide the model-specific Secure Boot recovery package or firmware remediation for RZ09-0369.

Hi all! I’ve seen some other posts about this, but I have a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset that is constantly getting stuck in a disconnect/reconnect loop. It makes a pop noise before disconnecting then just keeps doing it over and over.I’ve tried using it with multiple devices, in a hub and plugged directly into the computer, with and without Synapse, on different versions of Windows, all the troubleshooting. It had happened a couple times when I first got the headset, usually just when the audio was too loud, but in the last few months I pretty much can’t use the headset without having audio issues.I’ve treated the headset very well; it’s fallen on my carpeted floor once or twice but I don’t mandhandle it, bend or mess with the cable, etc. I’ve always kept it on a headset stand on my desk. I got it in 2021 so it’s out of warranty.  Has anyone had luck with a fix or talking to razer support about this? I figured at the price point for this headset it would last a long time if care

Hey all,I've had my Basilisk pro v3 from 2023 and have the mouse dock to use it wirelessly, recently I've now had the issue come up that my mouse will turn on and off constantly while the mouse is being used and when looking in synapse can visibly see the mouse connect for a split second, show 100% battery and immediately grey out with the red power symbol in the top right after a second while moving the mouse constantly to keep it out of sleep mode. I have tried everything that other users and support tech’s have suggested. I have tried:uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it updated the firmware on both the dock and the mouse uninstalled every driver on every razer device connected to my pc via the driver cleanup toolSo far none of these have succeeded and my mouse when being used wirelessly still has this issue, I should also note that the included dongle also failed within 2 months of me purchasing the mouse which is why I have the dock currently. Not sure if much can be done as m

Having issues using Hammerhead v3 hyperspeed and THX Spatial Audio app. When Hammerhead is selected in THX app there is no audio and my music keeps skipping tracks. No issue with using without THX Spatial Audio App. No issues using Nommo v2, Clio or Kraken v3 pro in THX Spatial Audio App. Anyone else get this? Do I need to report? Looking to see if someone has this working right now. Thanks!
