Good day. I have the following problem with my Razer Hammerhead. In Razer synapse I am not able to turn on THX Spatial Audio for my Hammerhead. Razer synapse requires me to download thx Spatial Audio and activate it with my code. I also have Razer kraken v4 and no problem with thx audio
Can’t get it work. The dropdown menu is disabled.I’ve removed the 7.1 audio device from the system earlier (Windows 10, 64bit). And now when I re-install the app it doesn’t add the 7.1 device to the list of devices. This official tutorial didn’t help. According to the tutorial:1) On the step 9 I don’t have the “Razer” in the list of manufacturers.2) Although I have a “Razer Device” in the list shown on the step 7. But it doesn’t help, because when I choose it, the next step just tells me that it’s unanble to find driver for the device. And no other options. The headophones themselves are working, I hear sound. But it works just like an ordinary stereo headset. Please, help to resolved the issue.
when I turned on my computer, my external speaker volume was extremely loud. My usual Windows volume is 18, but today, even at the same volume of 18, the volume was much louder than 18. What should I do? I'm using a Razer Leviathan v2and the second problemI've turned the volume down now, but after a while, when I turn the computer's sound off, it's a little loud, but it returns to normal after a few seconds.
Detail: i lost my usb c dongle for my new headset and i wanted a new one send to vietnam, is it possible to get a new replacement?
I am experiencing severe throttling issue with just normal every day tasks. CPU speed drops down to 0.35GHZ with ThrottleStop indicating that it is because of BDPROCHOT. However, the temperature is not even over 70 degrees yet. I tried reapplying all the thermal paste and putties, EC reset, anything else that I can think of. And further research revealed that users with BIOS 2.06 is experiencing the same issue as me. Therefore I request BIOS downgrade to fix this problem temporarily until a new update comes out to fix this issue. I could not even reinstall the latest BIOS with the BIOS updater. My device model is RZ09-0421
So far, I've waited through 4 firmware updates and yet dpi downshifting has not been patched and a workaround has not been provided, I also haven't even seen much discussion of it. Is there any hope, or should I look to rma/sell right away?
I have been facing this issue for a while now - mouse automatically shuts down and starts again in a few seconds. This takes like 5-10s to happen each time and happens like 30-40 times in a day. And sometimes it happens consecutively that the mouse is just unusable for like a full minute.I tried looking for a fix, and found that some threads in Razer Insider suggested that I update the mouse firmware using this tutorial. My mouse’s model number is RZ01-0487 and it is different from the model number mentioned in the tutorial. Since I cannot find a firmware updater for my model, I decided to try this one out. But I am stuck at this screen below becuase the updater does not recognize the dongle when connected. I don’t know what else to do now. Can someone please share a link to the right firmware updater for my mouse model (RZ01-0487) and/or help me fix this restart issue? Much thanks. Looking forward to hearing from the Razer Support.
Hi Razer Support Team,I am reaching out to request assistance with my Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed keyboard. The device has become completely unresponsive (bricked) following a firmware update via Razer Synapse. Here is the exact timeline of what happened and the troubleshooting steps I have already taken:The Issue: The keyboard completely ran out of battery. I plugged it into my laptop via the original USB-C cable to charge it. The Update: While connected, Razer Synapse prompted an update for both the software and the keyboard. I proceeded with the update. The Malfunction: Right after the update finished, the keyboard completely turned off. All background LEDs went out, and the device stopped responding entirely. Troubleshooting steps already attempted:I tried changing the side switch to all positions (2.4GHz, Wired/Off, Bluetooth) while connected to the laptop, but there was no response. I left the keyboard plugged into a standard 5V wall charger for over an hour to ensure the
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. My keyboard stopped charging. The connection to the computer works and sometimes the flashlight flashes about the low battery. I have already followed all your basic recommendations and nothing helped
not too much to add, just want to pair my dongle.
Built a new pc today and was setting everything up and my blackwidow v4 and basilisk v3 have been working fine until i tried making them wireless. Eventually i got the mouse working but whenever the keyboard went wireless it would add extra inputs, for example if i typed “j” it would write “je” and if i typed “o” it would type “^’ou”. I don’t know what I’ve done but now it won’t type anything even after setting it back to wired. The keyboard is on and registers my inputs because the rgb reacts to it and it shows as connected in Razer synapse but won’t actually type anything. Does anyone know how to fix it and how to get the keyboard and mouse to work wirelessly together?

Hi,I installed the recommended BIOS update on my Razer Blade 16 (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14222).On reboot, it displays the following error: “Invalid signature detected. Check secure boot policy in setup.”I tried disabling Secure Boot temporarily, but System Mode shows Deployed, Vendor Keys Active, and Secure Boot option cannot be selected to disable.I have AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1287. Windows will not boot.I am completely stuck in BIOS menu, even after trying restore defaults. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. P.S.: my problem seems similar to this:

I have recently started having issues with my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. It won’t turn on when I hold the power button. When it’s on the charger there is a solid red light on but I can only hear audio if I hold the EQ button down. When I plug in the dongle, there is a faint white light on the dongle, then it turns off. I updated the firmware, charged it on another system, tried other power sources. The headset was randomly turning off the day before it stopped turning on, otherwise I’ve had no issues. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you!
Hello, I would like to change the email address registered to my Razer ID.The Naver email address currently registered to my account is no longer in use because I deleted that email account, so I am unable to complete two-step verification.I can still log in to my Razer ID using my Google account, but I am unable to complete the two-step verification process after logging in.If possible, could you please help me change the email address registered to my Razer ID?
Anything I bind to any keys on my Tatarus V2 does NOT work.I’m trying to change keypad ‘16’ to CTRL and it simply does not work.I’ve reinstalled Synapse, reset device, etc.Instead, what Synapse does is apply a virtual ‘ghost press’ of the buttons I’m trying to map to the keypad.Meaning, any button I map to it, is then somehow being virtually pressed constantly. Nothing I map to my device works at all, and Synapse is to blame.Despite anything I bind to any button, it is only the default function that happens when pressing any of the respective keys on my device.I cannot game until you fix this.
