Hi I am Tobias,I wanted to know if it's possible to make a purchase on razer.com and have the product delivered to a hotel in China.It might sound like an odd question, but a friend of mine is traveling to China soon and he can bring the product back to Argentina for me without any issues.I don't want to buy the product in Argentina or import it via Amazon or similar services, as the tax burden is very high; buying it this way would cost half as much.Is it possible for them to fulfill this kind of delivery?

Hello, I really hope someone can help me, as I'm so frustrated with Synapse and the razer products.I love the quality of the products themselves, and if everything was running smoothly, I couldn't imagine using any other products.Sadly, though, since I bought the BlackShark V2 Pro, I have encountered problems every day. Razer Synapse no longer starts on startup and none of my settings are activated.They show that they are activated, but I always have to turn them on individually so that they are actually activated.If I don't do this, the mic quality is poor and the sound settings are also poor.It's not just once; it happens every time I start up my PC, or sometimes even when I leave Discord, for example. All the settings change back to 'vanilla'. They still show as active, but they are not.I made a Razer ticket about a month ago and also used the Razer logger.Sadly, the solutions I received from the Razer team did nothing. I tried every other solution as well, such as setting Synapse t

I have a new Razer headset registered to my Razer ID, and I received a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, my account already has an old 7.1 license activated from a previous headset that is now broken. The application does not give me any option to remove the old license or enter the new code. How can I activate the new code on the same Razer ID?

i have hypershift key bound to regular shift and when i try to use it it acts like it doesnt exist and only uses whatever key i have bound on my first action bar

Hi, Today, September 9, 2026, the button responsible for Command Dial Horizontal Scrolling started adjusting the keyboard’s brightness instead of scrolling horizontally when I turned the knob. In Synapse 4, I enabled only the horizontal scrolling function, but the problem persists. Attempting a reset and creating new custom modes did not help. It seems as though the knob/Command Dial itself has gotten stuck on adjusting the brightness. Please help.

Out of nowhere, seemingly random I will automatically start scrolling down. Which then makes using my mouse IMPOSSIBLE, the ONLY thing that fixes it, is either starting or stopping Synapse. When my system launches synapse launches, then sometimes I get the scroll down issue, I stop Synapse, it stops as soon as the program is killed, sometimes less than 2 minutes later it starts doing it again I open Synapse and AS SOON as I see the Naga Pro tab load in it stops.I have done the following:Reinstalled windows completelyRemoved the default windows mouse driver, (Same issue with or without, though I do believe installing synapse reinstall

Hi there. I have a BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed and I’ve been having some issues later. I’m not sure how to classify them though and they seem relatively random. I have my headset connected wirelessly to the dongle, the green light on the dongle is on but both the microphone and the output just stop working at random. Sometimes it happens when opening a new app that has audio output, like a game or even youtube. Sometimes, in the same circumstances, nothing happens and it keeps working normally. The audio only goes back to normal after I disconnect and reconnect the dongle. Windows still sees the headset when that “bug” happens.Things I’ve tried to solve it:- A fresh install of the razer synapse, using the cleaning tool.- Updated every driver, though I always do it anyways. Windows is also updated.- Using the pairing tool, but for some reason, in step 6 it doesn’t recognize the headset when I connect it to the PC. Razer Synapse installation failed. 

I have seen many threads regarding the high RAM usage, but nobody seems to have a fix. Please, Razer, do something about this. I only want to remap my buttons and use profiles. Can't you just create a lightweight software that doesn't drain our system resources like a crypto miner?!I have reinstalled and updated everything.

I had bought a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed a few years ago as a back-up mouse in case my current mouse has issues. Well that day finally came, and now I unboxed my Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed and it’s faulty immediately. After successfully pairing via USB dongle or Bluetooth, mouse movements and button clicks and scrolls don’t register. I recently purchased the razer thunderbolt 5 dock mainly for the ssd option. As far as I can tell every port works including the headphone jack. For some reason it won’t detect an installed ssd. I’ve tried 2 different western digital 4tb drives and ordered a Samsung 990 2 tb ssd that also does not work. Nothing shows up in disk management besides the hard drives that are installed inside the laptop

Hi, My Razer Viiper Signature Edition does not charge at all and wont go past 0% even though it has been left hours charging by cable.       Very Frustrating and i have looked for other threads but I cant find anything that helps.   I have the latest firmware etc.   For such an expensive mouse this should not happen. 

tengo este mouse como desde hace unos 10 meses, hasta que se me presento el problema de que dejo de cargar, probé conectarlo a un enchufe de pared y tampoco cargo, también probé conectarlo en otra pc para reafirmar que el problema no era mi pc, y pues no cargo claramente, lo curioso es que si funcionaba tranquilamente usándolo vía bluetooth , probé dejándolo cargando toda la noche y tampoco funciono, también probé reiniciándolo presionando 15 segundos y tampoco funciono, probare una vez mas dejándolo cargando toda la noche pero dudo que funcione, quisiera encontrar la solución lo antes posible. el producto lo conseguí en la tienda de razer de amazon, y soy de centroamerica así que no creo que la garantía valga.

Hi, for the past few days I've been having a problem with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard. When I'm playing games like Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant, it registers keystrokes for keys I'm not pressing, including the Escape and Windows keys. Is there an update available that will fix this problem, or is it a hardware issue?  Firmware version 1.1.9.0

Hello,I’m having a problem with the tilt mechanism on my Razer Iskur chair. The backrest moves back and forth freely, and the lever doesn’t seem to lock or control the tilt properly. When I lean back, there is very little resistance and the backrest just moves backward.Could you please let me know if there is a repair kit or replacement part available for the tilt mechanism? My volume roller is set to scroll, but it only changes the volume. I tried this on two different computers and it behaves the same way with both.In my main profile, I can’t save changes to the roller. I can change other keys.If I create a new profile, I can set the roller to other tasks such as zoom in/out. The mouse has no USB port and no Bluetooth, so a HyperPolling Wireless Dongle is my only way to use it.In April 2025, my first HyperPolling dongle paired fine at first. After I unpaired it, Synapse started a dongle firmware update. Nothing was updated on the mouse, and the mouse could never be paired again.I recently bought a brand-new HyperPolling Wireless Dongle to see if this had been fixed. Synapse reported firmware 2.1.0.0 on it the first time it checked, and no update was run on it.
