Razer Support

I can log into my Razer ID account with my email and password, but I cannot change my phone number because the verification sends the code to an old EE UK mobile number that has been permanently deactivated. I also cannot access backup codes because they require the same verification. Please help me remove the old phone number and add the new one.

I recently just got my razer blade stealth 13 late 2019, and i love this little machine to death, but i’ve been hitting a roadblock for the past few days concerning running Linux Ubuntu on it. I want to make using Ubuntu feel more normal to me, so i try every means possible to not use windows as much, but i can’t. I dualbooted Ubuntu onto my laptop, but then after the whole setting up and i rebooted it so i can use it, my screen goes blank and dark, i know it’s working because my keyboard rgb backlight is on, but it just isn’t loading me to the desktop so i can login and use Ubuntu. I tried everything possible, but the only way i got to boot to my desktop and use it was by deleting all nvidia graphics  driver and running off of my cpu alone. This was kind of a letdown for me, as i was hoping to run more powerful software and see how gaming feels like on linux. Hi Razer Support, I purchased my Razer Iskur through Amazon in June 2022 and it has served me well over the years. Unfortunately, the chair has developed what appears to be a structural failure. One of the welded joints on the chair has appeared to come apart, causing the seat to lean noticeably to the left side during normal use. The chair has never been modified, misused, or subject to anything beyond typical everyday use. Due to the failed weld, I no longer feel safe using it. I understand that the chair is now out of warranty, and I fully appreciate that, however, because this appears to be a failure of the chairs structural frame rather than normal wear and tear, I was hoping someone from the Razer support team could review my case to see if there are any goodwill options or recommendations available.  I can provide my proof of purchase, serial number and photos of the failed weld if needed. After updating my BIOS from 1.02 to 1.03 (don’t know why I did this 5  years after the update came out) every time I try to boot normally with secure boot on, It gives me the red message. I need secure boot on for Riot Vanguard. Bios UEFI enabled, tried most diagnostics.

My Seiren V3 Chroma mic is flickering intermittently with blue and teal colors.It’s not a power issue as its plugged directly into my motherboard and i have a 1000psu. It will not turn red which is my indicator color for when I’m muted. I’ve updated the firmware and changed USB positions and none of my other peripherals are having any issues. Synapse 4 has been uninstalled and reinstalled same with Razer Chroma. Any suggestions?

I have tried changing the ports on my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse and chroma and even turning the brightness down to zero but it will still glow. The colors will not change and won't even show when it is muted. I have even tried restarting my pc a few times and the keyboard and speaker are fine it's just the mic that isn’t using the correct colors.

Hello,i have a problem with my Deathadder V3, mice is randomly discoennecting and reconnecting. I try with another USB port, another PC, problem is still present. It’s possible to buy new wire so i can change it by myself? I do that with my prev deathadder and it works. Maciek

Hello,I received a new Viper V4 Pro today, and the mouse has been charging all day, it hasn’t gotten past 69%.  I tried to manually reset the mouse (turning it off then holding LMB+RMB+MMB) then when it I turned it back on it maxed out at 67%.  The V3 Pro I was replacing did not have this issue it always showed the appropriate charge level.I have rebooted a couple times since then, and synapse shows the mouse at 67%.  I’ve even changed USB Ports but nothing has helpedWhat can I do to address this?

Just recently got Viper V4 Pro. Seen people talk about this on reddit and hope if anybody could shed some light on the matter. The LOD feels high for me on Viper V4 Pro when using low LOD settings, especially in comparison to Viper V3 Pro. I am able to perform tracking motions by hovering the mouse above my pad without the skates touching. Never tested the mouse with stock/base FW. Saw there was a FW update on launch and figure it had to do with their web based synapse, so just performed the FW update right away. Also I think there’s a distinct jitter timing at 8khz when performing swipe test on MouseTester that’s not present on Viper V3 Pro on 8khz. Wonder if anybody could possible educate me on the matter as well. Thank You for taking the time to read this post. Hope you all have a wonderful one

Hi everyone,I've had my Glorius BlackWidow X Chroma for almost 7-8 years and I'd like to give it a second life. Some switches led are broken and I want to repair it and get it working like new again. Looking for advice on:Diagnosis: how to tell if the issue is the switch itself or the PCB underneath Original switches: where to source genuine Razer replacement switches (no clones) Desoldering: best method to remove old switches without damaging the PCB Guides: any existing threads/tutorials on a similar repair for this modelHas anyone here already done this kind of repair on this model? Does anyone know when the cooling pad will be in support for Razor synapse for mac?

Hi,  Once the lighting on my Deathstalker V2 Pro turns off, it doesn’t turn back on when I start to use the keyboard again. Keyboard is currently unplugged but at 91% battery. The lighting does turn back on for my Basilisk v3 pro, also unplugged, once I start using it again.  Not sure if it matters but I have the keyboard and mouse both set to “Switch off lighting when idle for [5] minutes” which only works for the mouse. I’ve also got shut off set to “when display is turned off” but this doesn’t work for either device. The keyboard ultimately shuts off due to the setting “Device will turn off after [15] minutes of inactivity when running on battery” under power.  My ideal situation would be that lighting for both devices turns off when I turn off my display (but computer is still running). Not sure if this is possible (for reference my monitor is connected to a 5080 over display port). If not, then the keyboard should at least respect the second setting of turning off after 5 minutes

I bought this product years ago and all I want is to record some 1080p videos of my nintendo switch but it doesn’t seem to be recognized on my computer, the capture card shows a red light and although it shows in device manager OBS does not recognize it as a video capture device.I have tried many things including downloading old versions of razer synapse and I cannot get it to work. Please help, I do not have enough money for a new one.
