 just bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless first gen and the earbuds doesn’t show up in the Bluetooth or the Razer App that my husband has in his phone. Can somebody help with this issue ?

I lost my the dongle that my white viper v3 pro came with, so I went to the razer store in person and bought a hyperpolling wireless dongleOn the website, it says the dongle is compatible with the viper v3 pro, I tried all of the steps in the link on how to pair it,then i updated my mouse and dongle firmware,then i redownloaded my mouse drivers,i also tried using the pairing utility but it only detects the mouse and not the dongleI dont know what to do

I have a one-year-old Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse that I've used several times with both a wired and wireless connection. However, this week, when I connect it via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, even though it works perfectly with the wireless adapter. I've also tried connecting it to another device, and the problem persists. Could you give me your opinion or help me with this issue?

I've been using my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about a year without any issues, both in wired and wireless mode. However, this week, the wired connection suddenly stopped working. Whenever I plug the mouse in with a USB cable, my computer doesn't detect it at all, although it continues to work perfectly when connected through the wireless dongle.To rule out a problem with my PC, I also tested the mouse on another device, but the same issue occurred. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My deathadder V2 Pro mouse’s left and right clicks suddenly stopped working. It was fine yesterday. All other buttons works fine and the mouse can be detected at Synapse both wired and wirelessly. It can be detected at the device manager as well. I tried uninstalling the and reinstalling the drivers, removed all razer apps then reinstalled them again, used a different laptop, resetted the mouse to factory settings, none of them worked. What should I do? 

I want to do touchpad clicks to display a scoreboard or full map in Call of Duty, but I understand that I need to recognize the Raiju as PS5 Controller. Is there anyway to do so?

I was having similar issues to this person LinkLike this user said the only fix was to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.In my case I usually get audio crackling whenever opening OBS and keeping OBS Open and playing Fortnite usually whenever jumping out of the BusI have the headset and dongle drivers updated to latest version, as well as synapse. 

Need help with my mouse

Hi all, Recently started having issues with my Razer Huntsman Elite. It has started to double/triple input on buttons, and it is affecting general use and gameplay. It had never happened until I updated my synapse software. It usually goes away if i close the software, however I have uninstalled it and it still happens on occasion. I have had the keyboard for just over 2 ½ years, so I do not want to assume it is age.  Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones a while ago but forgot to activate the code for 7.1 Surround Sound. I just tried to activate the product on the website, but I'm getting an error saying it has already been activated.

Hello Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue using the Razer Kishi V3 (USB-C) with Call of Duty: Mobile on my iPhone 14 Pro.Initially, the controller worked perfectly; however, after a firmware update, it stopped functioning within the game. It is important to note that the controller works correctly in other applications, and the Razer Nexus app recognizes the device and allows me to navigate its menus without any issues.I have discovered a temporary workaround: if I uninstall and reinstall the Razer Nexus app, the controller works in COD Mobile during that session. I am trying to order some things from Razer.com. I am shipping to Florida, but every time I try to “Continue to shipping method” it gives me this error: “Sorry, unfortunately we are unable to ship to this address. Please try a different address.”Why is that?

My headset randomly disconnected a couple hours ago while i was watching a video, and while i was able to get it to reconnect, every so often it keeps doing the same thing. In device manager, when it stops working i think, there is a new device called "unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)". Windows shows code 43 in device manager. Booting into safe mode also did not help. If this is a hardware issue, which i hope it is not, what can I do?

Hello,I wanted to share a short story about my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset, which I bought right after its release in 2016. Over the years, it has been my reliable companion – I’ve spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours gaming, traveling, working, and communicating online with it.Most importantly – it never let me down. The sound quality was always excellent, the voice tone perfect, and the microphone worked flawlessly. I replaced the ear cushions twice due to normal wear, but other than that, the headset held up like a tank – durable and reliable.Sadly, in March this year, the cable started to fail – the connection cuts out, and there’s interference. It’s the first serious issue I’ve had after nearly nine years of use, which I understand is totally normal for a product that’s been used this much.I’m not writing to make a complaint or request a warranty – I simply wanted to say thank you for the quality. My Razer Naga V2 hyperspeed is disconnecting frequently. I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks but it just started having this issue last night. I’ve noticed that when the issue is occurring it seems to happen in the same section of the screen for some reason (coincidence maybe?). It’s both the mouse cursor and the buttons on the side that stop working. Sometimes rather than stopping entirely, the inputs are instead delayed. Ive also noticed that sometimes when it disconnects, the battery icon in synapse disappears.  Ive already checked the power settings, its on 5 mins and not 0 like some people have had and I also increased it to 15, I’ve tried to update drivers and firmware but its all up to date, I’ve moved the dongle to different ports (all 3.0+), taken out the battery and cleaned the terminals, and I’ve reinstalled synapse. None of these has fixed the problem. 

Hi, just yesterday my Kraken Kitty V2 stopped charging, no matter the charging cord I use.  Other devices charge fine when using the same ports/cords/outlets, so I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with the device.  Most recently I left it plugged in for over an hour and it either didn’t charge or didn’t retain charge, as upon being powered on after charging, it immediately powered off again.Could this be buildup of crud in the charging port, or is this indicative of a greater issue that could require replacement?

I am using Razer Synapse 4 with a Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed mouse.Issue:When I try to assign a different function to the main Left Click button, Synapse shows this warning:"MOUSE - Left Click: To configure this button, assign the LEFT CLICK function first to another button."I can remap other buttons such as Right Click without any problem. This restriction only applies to the Left Click button.What I want:I want to assign a different function directly to the main Left Click button without having to assign the Left Click function to another backup button first.Could you please confirm whether this is an intentional restriction in Synapse 4, or if there is a setting, workaround, or supported method to disable this limitation?
