Switched from an old Kraken Headset to Kraken V3 Hypersense USB. The audio just randomly cuts out completely and changing the volume fixes it for like half a minute before it cuts out again. Sometimes the headset works fine for hours but once the audio cuts out it happens in 15 to 30 second intervals. No matter what settings i change it doesnt help. Completely closing all razer software doesnt help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers doesnt help. Makes it impossible to play or watch anything. Oh and it doesnt just cut the audio it lags up my PC as well. Videos drop to 3-5 fps, music actually stops playing or starts loading as if i lost connection and when i change the volume it sort of loops back all the audio i missed from discord calls as well. 

As the title impllies when I mute my Mic with snyapse 4 open it cause the iunput volume to go to 0 however unmutting the mic doesnt bring it back up only munally increasing it works. This is a pain and makes the mute worthless. The problem only started happening on the 20/05/2026 and is affecting my black shark v2 pro 2023. Synaspse 4 is just problem after problem and its making me rethink my future razer purchasing deciusions due to how aful the software now is

Dear Razer Support, unfortunately my USB dongle is not working anymore, and I’m not able to use my viper wireless. I was not able to find spare part on your website, nor do I want to buy something suspicious from ebay. Is there a way you can supply me with a replacement? Best RegardsLunatic47

Hello since Firmware Version 2.2.0.0 for the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, the mute button does not function porperly or functions in a weird way on Windows 11. When I press it, it mutes the microphone which is correct, but it also Turns the microphones input value in Windows to 0. The issue is when I press the button to unmute again, it does not set it back to the value it had before and it stays at 0 which means my friends and teammates are unable to here me everytime I unmute via the headsets button. Can you fix this issue? I think the button does not need to touch the Windows input Volume, as it is possible to just press a “Mute” in windows itself, so IDK why it turns the input Volume to 0 anyway as it in addition uses the Windows Mute function. Thanks for your help in advance and I hope this will be fixed in future updates, otherwise the mute button is going to be a hassle to use.

I have the Razer Blade RZ09-03305E53 for 4-5 years and recently I have been receiving this message "Invalid signature detected. I have replaced the CMOS battery with the right model however the same message still appears when I turn on my laptop and enable security boot. How can I resolve this issue

Hello,My Razer Huntsman V2 TKL has developed an RGB hardware issue affecting two keys: W and D.Both keys/switches work normally for typing, but the green RGB channel is completely non-functional on both keys.I tested the affected keys in Razer Synapse at 100% intensity:Red #FF0000 — works normally Blue #0000FF — works normally Green #00FF00 — completely darkOther keys display green normally.The issue affects both W and D, while their key/switch functionality remains completely normal.The keyboard went out of its 2-year warranty approximately one month ago.Is there any possibility of a repair, replacement, or goodwill exception given that the warranty recently expired?Thank you.

Since 4 days I have a problem with my Razer Kraken V4.The sound in my right earcup is much softer than left. I have tracked down the problem to probably the Game/Chat Balance setting; sometimes when I long-press the Game/Chat button on the right earcup (until it says "Game-Chat") the sound in the right earcup will return to normal, but very often this does not work at all. There is no balance setting in the Windows settings (mmsys.cpl). Hello everyone,I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with Razer Surround 7.1 on Windows 11 that started around October 2.The software works perfectly in every game and environment except Fortnite. The problem was apparent right out of the box: the maximum volume is very low. These are headphones from the Chinese market; there were no issues activating them via the serial number. I connected them via the 3.5mm jack to a USB-C adapter/amp and tested them on both a smartphone and a PC using Synapse. Next, I used the latest official software from the product page—EID Utility v1.0.0_r3 (which showed no errors)—but encountered an update error with FirmwareUpdater_v1.3.0_r2. The initial firmware version is detected differently each time—sometimes 1.1.0, sometimes 0.0.0, or even 55.51.50. What could be the cause, and what is wrong? Thanks in advance.

S/N :632304H20728565 I just got a Razer Orochi V2 and I wanted to register it.For whatever reason it does not recognize the serial number. I tought maybe I wrote it wrong so I scanned the bar code with the phone and copy pasted the serial nuber but still no luck. How can I solve this?

My Razer Edge Wifi has been doing this for a while now. When I boot the device, it flashes the boot image, with the Razer logo, for a little bit then immediately just shuts down again. If i hold the power button, It continuously flashes the boot image, once every few seconds. I can access the boot menu but not recovery mods, and nothing has been working, including using ADB to try and factory reset it. Is there any way to completely wipe the Edge or something?BTW I HAVE TRIED ALL THE BASIC METHODS LIKE HARD RESETTING I AM NOT A TECH NOOB.

At first the laptop razer model 15 (2020) base version didn’t have any wifi or options for wifi, so I went into recovery mode and it got fixed, when I left it on for a little bit came back I opened up discord then i opened up minecraft and my laptop shut down, it turns on to the screen indicating what buttons to press for recover, BIOS, etc. but then shuts down, or it will turn on say it’s preparing for automatic repairs then shuts down, i’ve gotten it to BIOS but then it shuts down right after. I have already tried force restarting the laptop and it hasn’t worked, I don’t know what happened. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!
