When I create macros in synaps4 they are created correctly and saved. When I restart the computer they are all gone. My keyboard shows that there are t buttons with macros that should exist but they don't. The own troubleshooting I have done is.1.created a brand new razer account and started at the beginning, make new scripts from scratch. no difference 2. Tests that new export them and reload them will work until the next reboot.3. Split all files under C: if has to do with razer and hard-reinstall the entire razer suite. same problem. Mouse : Naga Trinity keyboard: Blackwidow chroma. And now to the really annoying part of the story, every 10 time I start the computer, my scripts I created can suddenly be in place again. only to disappear on the next reboot. Would it really be that hard to let me save my macros locally on the computer and then have an autobackup against the razer account????? why does it have to be a full-fledged online feature that doesn't work? Regards, a former Raz

I'm experiencing a clicking issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mouse. When I click using the touchpad without the USB device plugged in or without Bluetooth connected, I don't encounter any issues. However, as soon as I connect the mouse to the computer, my interface freezes. The taskbar and application interfaces become unresponsive, and during all of this, I can still move the mouse cursor and open other applications.  tried restarting the computer (didn't work). tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and updating them (didn't work). tried updating the BIOS driver (didn't work). used the same mouse on another computer, confirming that the issue is with the mouse, not the computer (didn't work).cleaned the USB ports (didn't work).changed the batteries (didn't work).installed Razer Synapse 3 (didn't work).i have bought it in 07.31.2023if anyone can help me that would makes me happy :)  

I just bought the deathadder v2 x hyperspeed the mouse doesnt work when using with the dongle but works fine with bluetooth i even tried the hyperspeed dongle utility at the last step the dongle keeps disconnecting and connecting and then fails to connect please help someone

Yet another BIOS update issue. I just started to get a firmware update notification in Razer Synapse to update to the latest firmware (October 2026 for firmware 1.06). The analog thumbstick of the Razer Tartarus Pro V2 (released in September 2026) is physically rotated 90° counter-clockwise. The X-axis is up-down and the Y-axis is forward back. This is counter intuitive because you have to move your thumb left-right to go forwards and backwards. The previous version of the Tartarus Pro had the orientation correct. Most people on reddit and YT-streamers mention this as well. There is also no way to change/correct the rotation of the axis in Synapse. There definitely has to be a solution for this issue, e.g. firmware update.

I bought a razer blackshark v2 x usb headphone for 2-3 years ( my warranty have finished) , right now the outter neon green layer have been keep dropping. I want to seek for help either to replace the cable or any other solution. 

so i bought my barracuda x then i completaly forgot i got dongle with it while i was using with cables, then i searched everywhere to find that dongle, but unfortunately i could’nt find it. now looking for solutions. yes i bought bluetooth dongle to pair it with pc but bluetooth has so much delay, cant game with it, i live in turkey, its almost impossable to find and buy another dongle 

I purchased the Razer Leviathan V2 X Pokemon Edition.The soundbar is not detected through Synapse 3.0. The PC does not have a Type C port, I connect it via a Baseus USB Type-C to USB 3.0 Type-A adapter. Did not help.How to make Synapse 3.0 see the soundbar? I reinstalled everything several times, to no avail.

I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 on my personal and work computers. Everything has been fine until I need to record a new macro on my work computer. (Both are using Synapse 4).I recorded the new macro, saved it, mapped it to [NUM 8] key, and tried to test it, but nothing happened. I went in to examine the macro, and it showed it was still recording (even though RECORD was OFF). I deleted the new keys, saved the macro again, and repeated the  process. Same thing.Unfortunately, this problem then migrated to my home keyboard through that automatic profile sharing.I delete the macros, created a new profile, deleted the old profile, completely uninstalled all Razer software from my computer (programs, folders, registry, etc.) No trace of RAZER anywhere. Reset the keyboard. Rebooted. [NUM 8] key worked just fine.I reinstalled the latest version of Synapse and immediately the [NUM 8] key was disabled.Note: If I press [WIN]+[NUM 8] the 8 works fine. When I update the driver through the NVIDIA app, my current wallpaper disappears. I think this issue started occurring sometime in the past few months.

The key can be pressed all the way down, but Synapse only detects the travel distance shown in the image. What causes this, and how can it be fixed?

Need an escalation for an open email ticket. My new Mouse Dock V2 Pro shows in Synapse 4, but Windows 11 permanently says "driver is unavailable." It won't connect to any device. I'm trying to connect my basilisk v4 pro and cobra pro but neither will connect. Had everything working alright until Razer decided to force an auto-update. Then, the software started to randomly slow down the PC, fuck up the mouse, lock the macro functions on, mess up the macro, disconnect and reconnect the mouse nonstop… Lot’s of bullshit. Couldn’t even use my PC with it turned on.Shutting down the Synapse software made everything stop. Turning it on, problem returned. Just like many other people with Razer products, my Basilisk V3 randomly stops being recognized on boot (by OS and Synapse both), forcing me to unplug and replug it in. My OS is Windows 11, and it’s my understanding that this issue started popping up with this version of the system. Other threads on the matter have been locked, there’s only dead ends. I’ve tried messing with driver settings, BIOS settings (I have an MSI motherboard) and whatnot to no avail. This is an attempt to bring more attention on the matter, in hopes that someone with an actual working solution chimes in or that Razer themselves finally decide to investigate and release a firmware update. Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 base 2020. It’s been working fine for years, but during the last year I’ve used it less frequent, so every time I started it, the date and clock was totally off, probably because of the clock battery that has lost it’s capacity.A couple of weeks ago it didn’t start at all (when I hadn't used it for a month probably), the status led in the front does not light up when I charge it. I have measured the charger output and it’s 19-20V which is correct.I’ve seen a lot of threads with this issue, some of them connect it to laptops stuck in hibernate/sleep modes, I guess my problem is related to that as well.If I hold the power button for 10 sec the status led flashes in white, but I still can’t start it after. Okay, I'm not sure if this is the right channel for this, but a few days ago I came across this Razer Panama website. I'm pretty sure it's fake and 100% a scam. There are a lot of things that don't add up, like their return policy, which makes absolutely no sense. There's also a corner of the website that says "Copyright © 2025 Razer Spain," which makes no sense if it's supposed to be a Panama-based store, among other things.I just noticed that even the social media links don't lead to Razer's actual social media accounts.Just thought I'd share it here as a heads-up.
