Hi, I recently bought my Basilik V3 X Hyperspeed mouse and I'm having a problem. When I have the Razer Synapse app open, the Enter key stops working; it only works when I press Control first.

Hi everyone. I bought these headphones a few months ago and the overall quality is pretty good. However, with certain games like Forza Motorsport, Digimon Next Order, and anything using OpenAL, my screen reader (NVDA) stops speaking for a few seconds. For a completely blind person, this is—to say the least—pretty bad.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I’ve already updated the firmware and messed with the profiles in Synapse (which was a nightmare, its accessibility is really bad to say the least, but that’s a topic for another thread, I guess), and nothing seems to fix it. The only thing that works is disabling audio enhancements, but even a 5-buck pair of earbuds sounds better than these if I do that. I could use an external equalizer like Dolby or something similar, but that kind of defeats the point of buying headphones that are supposed to sound great right out of the box.Thanks in advance.

THE ISSUE:My keyboard is (not US layout) > Swiss/German > e.g. ends in keys G H J K L ö ä $Synapse 4 Keyboard function does not map “ $ ” but “ ‘ ” (physical key position on US Keyboard)If you state that it should be a symbol “ $ “ Synapse 4 maps it as SHIFT-4  (originating position on US Keyboard)And when you play a game with this mapped key it does … SHIFT-4 not the dollar sign, and that is for keys that are withing the US keyboard spectrum, keys like ö are not mapped. SOLTION: I dont know. This really bugs me that anno 2025 this is still an issue.

Hello,  My headphones arrived today, March 22nd, after I had ordered them this morning. They appear to be completely undamaged and arrived in good condition. However, when I try to plug them into my PC (desktop), I can’t get either the sound or the microphone to function.  I have tried plugging the cables into the audio and mic ports on the back of the PC (making sure that pink matches with pink and green matches with green) as well as plugging the appropriate jacks into the corresponding ports on the front of the PC. Even though other products (speakers) function just fine when plugged into these ports, my headphones seem to be Dead-on-Arrival.  Has anyone had this problem before? 

Hi All,Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?Steps PerformedTried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t HelpI have ran out of idea’sAny guidance would be appreciated  

I need another charger for my Razer Blade 15, but I can only find a link for the 230w charger outside the US. Is it discontinued in the US? Trying to update to the latest firmware and its been stuck for hours.  

I had to reinstall my PC and this specificly had a old saved Synaps 3 installer, but this garbage now downloads synapse 4 !  The new version drains my Viper ultimate battery in 1 day !  If u doo not reactivate the download of the old version i will have to switch to a different brand . so please at least give us a offline Synaps 3 installer 

Well, ‘related topics’ doesn’t capture my query, so it is this and it is my title:I’ve owned this laptop (RZ09-0370) since 2021, bought a bunch of peripherals, etc, all with my razer account etc etc.. I know none of that means a thing because I don’t know the date the previous guy bought the thing or have his receipt.Is there any way at all I can connect myself to my laptop, despite these disadvantages? My body is ready for bad news.

Hello! I can’t charge my USB dongle anymore on the adapter and i got this mouse only a month ago. What can i do.  I’ve tried charing it via computer, USB C plug and with normal usb plug. Nothing works

Hello, About a year ago I updated my synapse from 3 to 4, and this caused my audio directions to flip. Any audio I heard on the left would instead be played in my headphones on the right. This only applies to thx spatial audio, and not stereo. Because of this, I swapped back to synapse 3 and everything sorted itself out, and I forgot about this problem completely. Then flash forward to about a week or two ago, I updated to synapse 4 again because I forgot about this, and lo and behold, the same problem occurred. Now because synapse 3 is no longer supported, I cannot revert back to synapse 3 and I’m stuck with non-functional headphones that have flipped audio. I’ve tried talking to support about this but my device is no longer in warranty so I cannot actually speak to Razer support, and I really do not have the money to be purchasing another set of headphones. I have also tried using the wayback machine to install synapse 3 that way, but none of my devices s

When playing games like Dota 2, CS2, Arma 3, and others that require more than three keys to be pressed simultaneously, the keyboard doesn't process four or more keystrokes simultaneously. The first three keys are processed, but the fourth and subsequent keys don't respond. Although your manual on the website for this keyboard states that it supports up to six keys simultaneously, the store told me to contact you because they can't refuse a refund or repair under warranty, as this information isn't included in the paper manual included with the keyboard. As the title says, when I’m trying to update my Kiyo V2 X the firmware updater says it can’t obtain the firmware version of my device que plugged in, I tried also turning off camera access on windows and yet it always throw an error. Has someone had the same error and got it solved?Thanks!

My razor huntsman mini randomly stopped working, ( I play on ps5)  It seems to be stuck in demo mode so it still lights up and has the green ripple effect but does not type. When I reset it ( esc caps space) it leaves demo mode but does not light up or type. I have tried many different cords and plugging it into different usb ports and still does not work. When I plug it into a laptop it is not detected by anything. Please help

Recently, I’ve been having an issue with the Hunstman Mini Analog where upon rewaking the computer or even reconnecting it, Synapse will of course take over the keyboard after a few seconds (lighting change is indicative), and then the keyboard becomes completely unresponsive. Only exiting Synapse fixes it.I’ve done every combination of reinstalling drivers, firmware updates, Synapse itself, and the lot. I even got a brand new board through the RMA process. Same issue applies after fresh Synapse reinstall. Of course I am unable to utilize the main feature of the board (rapid trigger) without Razer Synapse, so this is incredibly frustrating as it feels I can’t get my money’s worth anymore. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues with Synapse recently or this keyboard in particular. 

to whom it may concern,my buddy bought the laptop years ago and never really played it. so he sold it to me and told me the only problem he has had with it is she dont always charge, and would have to let it die for it to charge, well i recently had a power serge and she wont stay on… she powers up then right back off, and I recently ordered a power supply thinking it was the charger, but still does same thing with new charger. and it says I need to send it off to have the battery replaced, and I was just curious on how much it would cost, and if there could be any other issues that I don't know about.appreciate any help on the matter, been without games for almost 2 months and I'm going insane.

I've previously encountered the issue where the mouse doesn't turn on. As often as it happens, and it does happen often, I've always been able to remove the batteries for a few moments re-place those same batteries and continue to use the mouse until I inevitably would encounter the same issue later on. Annoying but bearable. Now my mouse has completely stopped working. I've done all the troubleshooting and have determined that the recurring issue was this time terminal. I've enjoyed using the mouse, despite its flawed production, along with my razer black widow mini keyboard and my razer nari headset. I'm aware that the mouse's warranty has expired but I want to know if Razer will replace a product which obviously was malfunctioning from a production flaw.

I randomly got an issue with the Left Trigger on my Wolverine Ultimate where any amount of input on the trigger is taken as 100% input. It’s as if the stop switch is on even when it’s not. I already used rubbing alcohol to try to clean it to see if that helped but no dice. Anybody have an idea of how to fix this?

I just bought a Razer Barracuda X 2022  it works fine with the 3.5mm cable, Bluetooth. But when i plug in the 2.4Ghz dongle, the device doesn’t even detect it. and does not connect after restarting

Hello,I’ve been using synapse 4  since mid 2025. Back in the day I had to convert all my synapse  3 macro to, synapse 4 and they were working well since then on my naga pro v2. However yesterday, all my macro are gone and are nowhere to  be found on the synapse 4 macro  tab.I am still logged in, I still see the macro associated to my mouse  key  but the macro tab is now empty
