ㅠlackshark v2 pro (2023) cannot connect to pc

Hello, I received the product two days ago, but when I plugged in the dongle and turned on the headset, it did not connect. A sound device was installed under the product's name in the sound settings on the PC, but the headset was not connected. After that, I installed Synapse 3.0 and beta and tried using task manager and restarting, but the headset did not connect at all. Also, when you press the power button to turn it on, a voice saying “pairing” is heard immediately after “power on.” The LED also blinks blue. I thought the headset was a counterfeit, but since the product was registered, I decided it was not and am looking into resetting the headset device. If you find a solution, please leave a reply.

Hi there, @sickaim!

 

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. By the way, what OS build are you using? Have you tried checking for OS updates? Feel free to reach out via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds along the way.
