Hello

i got a problem with my keyboard Razer Black Widow.

1 Button didnt had the color of the others, tried all of your advices, but nothing works out for me.

Did you already try to reinstall the driver of your keyboard and repair the Synapse application? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. If you're still experiencing the same issue, that's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement.
