1-month Razer Hammerhead Duo In-Ear is not working

I bought my headset Razer Hammerhead Duo In-Ear about 1 month ago and the microphone suddenly stopped working. I already tried on my mac and my phone.... the only sounds that go is a noise.... What can I do?

Me too , but my microphone is working sometimes, pressing the button of the middle/turn volumen down, and if i speak with my friends , if i move or i speak loud, the microphone starts doing a horrible sound( that´s their comentary) but if i connect it on the computer it´s work perfectly, right now im contacting to support of razer to see what´s happend next
I also had to contact the support. They checked it but couldn't fix, so they gave me a new one.
