10KRO Not working on Cynosa Lite.

Hi, Earlier today I purchased a Razer Cynosa Lite gaming keyboard quite specifically for its 10KRO at this price point as I play on virtualpiano.net quite often and some sheets have 10 key chords in them. But to my surprise after unboxing and testing the key rollover on http://gadzikowski.com/nkeyrollover.html, it comes no where close to 10KRO and I cannot even press <SHIFT>YJ, it only works as <SHIFT>Y. My previous keyboard was also unable to handle this key combination, so is this an issue with my computer? Or is it an issue with my new keyboard? Thanks. :)
