2 Broken Kiyos

Hi, I ordered 2 Kiyo cameras over a year ago. Both broke in the same place for some reason. One of the pins that hold the camera in place is broke on both of them. I can't return them because it's been too long. Is there anything else I can do? I'm happy to return them. Thanks Sean
